Проектът има за цел повишаване на производителността и експортния потенциал на "АЙ БИ ДЖИ - ПЛАСТ" ЕООД. Чрез реализацията му ще се постигне подобряване на пазарното присъствие на МСП на територията на МИГ „Долни Чифлик и Бяла”, оптимизиране на производствените процеси и нарастване на производствения капацитет на предприятията. Към настоящия момент компанията е достигнала пълна натовареност на производството си и няма възможност да приема поръчки за производство на нови продукти, както и да увеличи капацитета на текущото си производство, поради остарялото си оборудване. Успешното реализиране на проекта ще даде възможност за внедряване на технологии за оптимизиране и нарастване на общите производствени инвестиции чрез ефективното и ефикасно използване на факторите на производство и изграждането на възможности за възприемане и адаптиране на европейски и международни знания и технологии.Основната проектна дейност е насочена към доставка, монтаж и въвеждане в експлоатация на модерни технологии и оборудване за производство на продукти с високо качество, съответстващи на европейските норми и изисквания. Като резултат ще се увеличи потенциалът за производство и износ на продукти с висока добавена стойност и ще се осигури развитието на конкурентно, ефикасно и ефективно производство, гарантиращо устойчивост и добър икономически ефект за компанията. Чрез внедрените нови технологии ще се подобри производственият процес, ще се постигане по-висока производителност, ще се намалят производствените разходи и ще се оптимизира производствената верига. Чрез успешното изпълнение на проекта ще се постигне заложената в СВОМР на МИГ Долни Чифлик и Бяла стратегическа цел 2 „Устойчив и интелигентен растеж на територията на МИГ “Долни Чифлик и Бяла“. Очаква се да бъде постигнато повишаване на конкурентоспособността и капацитета за растеж на местната икономика чрез насърчаване на технологичното развитие и иновациите и устойчиво управление и развитие на местните ресурси. The project aims to increase the productivity and export potential of ABI PLAST EOOD. Its implementation will improve the market presence of SMEs on the territory of the LAG Dolni Chiflik and Byala, optimising the production processes and increasing the production capacity of the enterprises. At present, the company has reached full production load and is unable to accept orders for the production of new products, as well as to increase the capacity of its current production due to its outdated equipment. The successful implementation of the project will enable the implementation of technologies for optimisation and increase of total productive investments through the effective and efficient use of production factors and the building of opportunities for perception and adaptation of European and international knowledge and technologies. The main project activity is focused on supply, installation and commissioning of modern technologies and equipment for the production of high-quality products in compliance with European standards and requirements. As a result, the potential for production and export of products with high added value will be increased and the development of competitive, efficient and effective production ensuring sustainability and good economic effect for the company will be ensured. The new technologies deployed will improve the production process, achieve higher productivity, reduce production costs and optimise the production chain. Through the successful implementation of the project, the project will achieve the objectives set by the LAG Dolni Chiflik and White Strategic Objective 2 “Sustainable and smart growth on the territory of the LAG Dolni Chiflik and Byala”. Increasing the competitiveness and growth capacity of the local economy is expected to be achieved by promoting technological development and innovation and sustainable management and development of local resources. Le projet vise à accroître la productivité et le potentiel d’exportation d’ABI PLAST EOOD. Sa mise en œuvre améliorera la présence sur le marché des PME sur le territoire du GAL Dolni Chiflik et Byala, en optimisant les processus de production et en augmentant la capacité de production des entreprises. À l’heure actuelle, la société a atteint la pleine charge de production et n’est pas en mesure d’accepter les commandes pour la production de nouveaux produits, ainsi que d’augmenter la capacité de sa production actuelle en raison de son équipement périmé. La mise en œuvre réussie du projet permettra la mise en œuvre de technologies d’optimisation et d’augmentation des investissements productifs totaux grâce à l’utilisation efficace et efficiente des facteurs de production et à la création de possibilités de perception et d’adaptation des connaissances et des technologies européennes et internationales. En conséquence, le potentiel de production et d’exportation de produits à forte valeur ajoutée sera accru et le développement d’une production compétitive, efficiente et efficace, garantissant la durabilité et un bon effet économique pour l’entreprise sera assuré. Les nouvelles technologies déployées permettront d’améliorer le processus de production, d’accroître la productivité, de réduire les coûts de production et d’optimiser la chaîne de production. Grâce à la mise en œuvre réussie du projet, le projet permettra d’atteindre les objectifs fixés par le GAL Dolni Chiflik et l’objectif stratégique blanc no 2 «Croissance durable et intelligente sur le territoire du GAL Dolni Chiflik et Byala». L’amélioration de la compétitivité et de la capacité de croissance de l’économie locale devrait se faire par la promotion du développement technologique et de l’innovation ainsi que de la gestion durable et du développement des ressources locales.
