Ай Ти Дабълю Аплайанс Компонентс ЕООД присъства на българския пазар повече от 15 години и е един от утвърдените производители на електронни и електромеханични модули за битова техника. Основната цел на проекта е да се проведат специализирани, специфични обучения за придобиване на компетенции на селектирани работни места, чрез които която дейност да се повиши квалификацията на персонала, а чрез нея, постигане на устойчива заетост в преработвателното предприятие. Целева група са 155 настоящи служители, заемащи конкретни специфични работни позиции, които имат установена нужда от повишаване на уменията в производствените процеси на Ай Ти Дабълю. Като конкретни мерки за постигане на посочените цели, проектът предвижда провеждане на следните дейности:-Специфично обучение на 120 лица на позиции “Работник Сглобяване на детайли”, “Машинни оператори”, “Зареждач”, “Монтажник, производствен контрол”, “Оператор, автоматизирана монтажна линия”, "Работник, зареждане и сплавяне; -Специфични обучения на 35 лица на позиции: ръководител производствени участъци, специалист „Логистика“, специалист „Финанси“, специалист „Доставки“, продуктов инженер, служители в отдел качество, ръководител леене на пластмаси, насторойчици, технически директор и инженер поддръжка;Дейностите ще бъдат изпълнени при прилагане на най-добри практики за избор на обучители и съдържание на обучителните програми, придобити с опита при изпълнение на множество вътрешни проекти и проекти, финансирани по ЕСИФ.Заложените цели и дейности напълно отговарят пряко на идентифицираната потребност от повишаване нивото на знания и уменията на специалистите, които заемат конкретни работни позиции в производството на електронни компоненти и производство на електромеханични компоненти. От тях се очаква да прилагат съвременни форми на работа и управление на качество, не само в тесния смисъл на качество на продукта, а качество на целия процес на производство, управление и организация. It has been present on the Bulgarian market for more than 15 years and is one of the established manufacturers of electronic and electromechanical modules for household equipment. The main objective of the project is to carry out specialised, specific trainings for the acquisition of competences of selected jobs, through which activity to improve the qualification of the staff and through it to achieve sustainable employment in the processing plant. The target group is 155 current employees occupying specific specific jobs, who have an identified need for upskilling in the production processes of IT Doubleu. As concrete measures to achieve the stated objectives, the project envisages carrying out the following activities:-Specific training of 120 persons in the positions “Worker Assembly of Details”, “Machinery Operators”, “Loader”, “Installer, Production Control”, “Operator, Automated Assembly Line”, “Worker, Loading and Alloying”; —Specific trainings for 35 persons in positions: head of production areas, specialist “Logistics”, specialist “Finances”, specialist “Supplies”, product engineer, employees in the department of quality, plastic casting manager, actors, technical director and maintenance engineer;The activities will be implemented in application of best practices for selecting trainers and content of the training programs, acquired with the experience in the implementation of many internal projects and projects funded by ESIF.The objectives and activities set out fully respond directly to the identified need to increase the level of knowledge and skills of the specialists who occupy specific working positions in the production of electronic components and production of electromechanical components. They are expected to apply modern forms of work and quality management, not only in the strict sense of product quality, but the quality of the entire process of production, management and organisation. Il est présent sur le marché bulgare depuis plus de 15 ans et est l’un des fabricants établis de modules électroniques et électromécaniques pour les équipements ménagers. L’objectif principal du projet est de dispenser des formations spécialisées et spécifiques pour l’acquisition de compétences pour des emplois sélectionnés, par le biais de l’activité visant à améliorer la qualification du personnel et, par son intermédiaire, à obtenir un emploi durable dans l’usine de transformation. Le groupe cible est de 155 employés actuels occupant des emplois spécifiques, qui ont un besoin identifié de renforcement des compétences dans les processus de production de l’IT Doubleu. En tant que mesures concrètes pour atteindre les objectifs énoncés, le projet envisage de mener les activités suivantes:-Formation spécifique de 120 personnes aux postes «Assemblage de détails des travailleurs», «Opérateurs de machines», «Loader», «Installer, Contrôle de production», «Exploitation, Ligne d’assemblage automatisée», «Travailleurs, Chargement et Alliage»; —Formations spécifiques pour 35 personnes occupant des postes: responsable des domaines de production, spécialiste «Logistique», spécialiste «Finances», spécialiste «fournitures», ingénieur produit, employés dans le département de la qualité, responsable de la coulée plastique, acteurs, directeur technique et ingénieur de maintenance;Les activités seront mises en œuvre en application des meilleures pratiques de sélection des formateurs et du contenu des programmes de formation, acquises avec l’expérience dans la mise en œuvre de nombreux projets et projets internes financés par les Fonds ESI.Les objectifs et activités définis répondent pleinement au besoin identifié d’augmenter le niveau de connaissances et de compétences des spécialistes qui occupent des postes de travail spécifiques dans la production de composants électroniques et la production de composants électromécaniques. Ils sont censés appliquer des formes modernes de travail et de gestion de la qualité, non seulement au sens strict de la qualité des produits, mais aussi la qualité de l’ensemble du processus de production, de gestion et d’organisation.
