Дружеството "ОРАКУЛ ИНЖЕНЕРИНГ" ООД е новорегистрирано предприятие, което си е поставило амбициозната цел да е сред иноваторите в България. При съвременната търговия проблемът с намирането на евтини, но качествени суровини е ключ към успешна реализация на търговските продукти. Много от евтините чуждестранни продукти със съмнителен произход, предназначени за българския пазар използват суровини със съмнително качество, които водят до кратък живот на продукта, а в някои случаи дори до здравословни проблеми при употребата му. Насочили сме нашата идея към закупуването на модулна инсталация за пречистване и регенериране на отпадни продукти чрез която да се реализират методите на хидродинамична кавитационна експозиция на високоинтензивна, баро-мембранна ултрафилтрационна сепарация и нестационарни електрохимични мембранни процеси с използване на променлив асинхронен ток. С тази технология ще придобием възможност за оползотворяването на суровия глицерин, страничен продукт при производството на биодизел, който към момента се явява остатъчен материал, който не само че не носи добавена стойност, но и има неблагоприятно екологично въздействие. В постигането на поставените високи цели компанията ще се уповава на опита и експертизата на предприемача и на членовете на Екипа на предприемача, от една страна, а от друга ще разчита на високата добавена стойност от инвестициите в ново специализирано оборудване.Техниката, която се предвижда да се закупи по проекта ще позволи прилагането на модерни методи на работа все още неприлагани на територията на страната. Новорегистрираното предприятие ще развива своята основна икономическа дейност в Сектор от НСНМСП, изведен като приоритетен за създаване и развитие на нови предприятия: С20.41 „Производство на сапун, миещи, почистващи и полиращи препарати". The company “Orakul ENGINEERING” Ltd. is a newly registered company that has set its ambitious goal to be among the innovators in Bulgaria. In modern trade, the problem of finding cheap but quality raw materials is the key to successful realisation of commercial products. Many of the cheap foreign products of dubious origin intended for the Bulgarian market use raw materials of dubious quality, which lead to a short life of the product, and in some cases even to health problems during its use. We have focused our idea on the purchase of a modular plant for purification and regeneration of waste products through which to realise the methods of hydrodynamic cavitation exposure to high-intensity, baro-membrane ultrafiltration separation and non-stationary electrochemical membrane processes using alternating asynchronous current. With this technology, we will be able to utilise raw glycerin, a by-product in the production of biodiesel, which is currently a residual material which not only does not bring added value, but also has an adverse environmental impact. In achieving the high goals the company will rely on the experience and expertise of the entrepreneur and the members of the entrepreneur’s team, on the one hand, and on the other will rely on the high added value of investments in new specialised equipment. The technology that is planned to be purchased under the project will allow the application of modern working methods not yet applied on the territory of the country. The newly registered enterprise will develop its main economic activity in a sector of NRSSME, which is prioritised for the creation and development of new enterprises: C20.41 “Manufacture of soap, washing, cleaning and polishing preparations”. La société «Orakul ENGINEERING» Ltd. est une société nouvellement enregistrée qui s’est fixé pour objectif ambitieux d’être parmi les innovateurs en Bulgarie. Dans le commerce moderne, le problème de trouver des matières premières bon marché mais de qualité est la clé du succès de la réalisation de produits commerciaux. Beaucoup des produits étrangers bon marché d’origine douteuse destinés au marché bulgare utilisent des matières premières de qualité douteuse, ce qui conduit à une courte durée de vie du produit et, dans certains cas, à des problèmes de santé au cours de son utilisation. Nous avons concentré notre idée sur l’achat d’une installation modulaire de purification et de régénération des déchets par laquelle nous pourrons réaliser les méthodes d’exposition à la cavitation hydrodynamique à haute intensité, à la séparation par ultrafiltration baro-membrane et aux procédés membranaires électrochimiques non stationnaires à l’aide d’un courant asynchrone alternatif. Avec cette technologie, nous serons en mesure d’utiliser la glycérine brute, un sous-produit dans la production de biodiesel, qui est actuellement une matière résiduelle qui non seulement n’apporte pas de valeur ajoutée, mais a également un impact négatif sur l’environnement. Pour atteindre les objectifs élevés, l’entreprise s’appuiera sur l’expérience et l’expertise de l’entrepreneur et des membres de l’équipe de l’entrepreneur, d’une part, et d’autre part, sur la haute valeur ajoutée des investissements dans de nouveaux équipements spécialisés. La technologie qui est prévue pour être achetée dans le cadre du projet permettra l’application de méthodes de travail modernes non encore appliquées sur le territoire du pays. L’entreprise nouvellement enregistrée développera sa principale activité économique dans un secteur de NRSSME, qui est prioritaire pour la création et le développement de nouvelles entreprises: C20.41 «Fabrication de préparations de savon, de lavage, de nettoyage et de polissage».
