Общата цел на проeкта "Придобиване на професионалната квалификация и общуване на чужд език на заетите лица в "Галтекс 2006" ООД" е да се повиши способността на лицата да посрещнат настъпващите бързи промени на пазара на труда в резултат на структурни фактори като глобализация, технологични промени, застаряване на населението. Общата цел ще се постигне чрез изпълнение на специфични цели на проекта: 1. да се повиши и/или придобие професионална квалификация на заетите лица в "Галтекс 2006" ООД чрез предоставяне на обучение в професионално направление Производствени технологии – текстил, облекло, обувки и кожи и 2. да се повишат компетентностите за общуване на английски език на заетите лица в "Галтекс 2006" ООД чрез включване в обучение по ключова компетентност 2. Проектът ще постигне целите си посредством дейностите: 1.Включване на заети лица в "Галтекс 2006"ООД в обучение за придобиване на профисионална квалификация в направление "Производствени технологии–текстил, облекло, обувки и кожи" и 2. Включване на заетите лица в "Галтекс 2006" ООД в обучение по ключова компетентност за общуване на чужд език. Проектът включва мерки по изпълнение на визуализация и публичност на дейностите, на резултатите и финансирането, по информиране и мотивиране на заетите за включване в обучителните модули по проекта и осигуряване на качествен работен и учебен процес, за устойчива трудова заетост и борба с бедността, за по-високо качество на живот на заетите, както и за повишаване привлекателността и конкурентноспособността на дружеството за назначаване на нови служители, нови клиенти, както и за разработване на нов асортимент и конфекции. В резултат от постигане целите на настоящия проект и изпълнение на предвидените дейности ще се повиши адекватността на уменията на заетите лица в дружеството съобразено с актуалните нужди на бизнеса, ще се повиши производителността на труда им и ще се създадат условия за устойчива заетост и съответно заемане на по-качествени работни места. The general objective of the project “Acquisition of professional qualification and communication in foreign language of employees in Galtex 2006 Ltd” is to increase the ability of individuals to face the rapid changes in the labour market as a result of structural factors such as globalisation, technological changes, ageing of the population. The general objective will be achieved through the implementation of specific project objectives: 1. to increase and/or acquire professional qualification of the employees in Galtex 2006 Ltd. by providing training in the professional field Production technologies — textiles, clothing, shoes and leather and 2. to increase the competences for communication in English of the employees in Galtex 2006 Ltd. by including in training on key competence 2. The project will achieve its objectives through the activities: 1.Inclusion of employees in Galtex 2006 Ltd. in training for the acquisition of professional qualification in the field of “Production technologies — Textiles, Clothing, Shoes and Leather” and 2. Inclusion of employees in Galtex 2006 Ltd. in training in key competence for communication in a foreign language. The project includes measures for the implementation of visualisation and publicity of the activities, results and funding, information and motivation of employees for inclusion in the training modules of the project and provision of quality work and learning process, sustainable employment and combating poverty, higher quality of life of employees, as well as increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of the company for hiring new employees, new customers, as well as for developing a new assortment and clothing. As a result of achieving the objectives of this project and the implementation of the envisaged activities will increase the adequacy of the skills of the employees in the company in line with the current needs of the business, will increase the productivity of their work and create conditions for sustainable employment and consequently to occupy better quality jobs. L’objectif général du projet «Acquisition de qualifications professionnelles et de communication en langue étrangère des employés de Galtex 2006 Ltd» est d’accroître la capacité des individus à faire face aux mutations rapides du marché du travail en raison de facteurs structurels tels que la mondialisation, les changements technologiques, le vieillissement de la population. L’objectif général sera atteint par la mise en œuvre d’objectifs spécifiques du projet: 1. augmenter et/ou acquérir la qualification professionnelle des employés de Galtex 2006 Ltd. en dispensant une formation dans le domaine professionnel Technologies de production — textiles, vêtements, chaussures et cuir et 2. accroître les compétences de communication en anglais des employés de Galtex 2006 Ltd. en incluant dans la formation sur les compétences clés 2. Le projet permettra d’atteindre ses objectifs grâce aux activités suivantes: 1.Inclusion des employés de Galtex 2006 Ltd. dans la formation pour l’acquisition de qualifications professionnelles dans le domaine des «Technologies de production — Textiles, Vêtements, Chaussures et Cuir» et 2. Inclusion d’employés dans Galtex 2006 Ltd. dans la formation à la compétence clé pour la communication dans une langue étrangère. Le projet comprend des mesures pour la mise en œuvre de la visualisation et de la publicité des activités, des résultats et du financement, de l’information et de la motivation des employés en vue de leur inclusion dans les modules de formation du projet et de la fourniture d’un travail et d’un processus d’apprentissage de qualité, de l’emploi durable et de la lutte contre la pauvreté, de l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des employés, ainsi que de l’augmentation de l’attractivité et de la compétitivité de l’entreprise pour l’embauche de nouveaux employés, de nouveaux clients, ainsi que pour le développement d’un nouvel assortiment et de nouveaux vêtements. Grâce à la réalisation des objectifs de ce projet et la mise en œuvre des activités envisagées augmentera l’adéquation des compétences des salariés de l’entreprise en fonction des besoins actuels de l’entreprise, augmentera la productivité de leur travail et créera des conditions d’emploi durable et, par conséquent, d’occuper des emplois de meilleure qualité.
