Чрез проектното предложение се преодоляват проблеми, свързани с липсата на квалификация на заетите в "ГАЛЕНИТ" АД лица или с необходимостта тази квалификация да бъде повишена. По този начин ще се осигури възможност на заетите лица да се адаптират към промените на пазара на труда, като придобият „конвертируеми“ знания и умения и да се създават условия за устойчивост на работните места и повишаване на тяхното качество. В проекта като целева група са включени 39 заети в "ГАЛЕНИТ" АД лица, които са пряко ангажирани в администрацията на дружеството, хотела и работниците в Електро-ремонтния цех.Съгласно условията за кандидатстване най-малко 50% от включените в целевата група са лица на възраст над 54 години и/или с образование средно или по-ниско. Чрез проектното предложение "ГАЛЕНИТ" АД предвижда да осигури професионално обучение за специалностите:-Обслужване на заведения в обществено хранене - II СПК- за 9 служ;-Производство и обслужване в заведенията за хранене и развлечения - III СПК- за 6 служ;-8110401 Хотелиерство - I СПК за 5 служ;-8110301 Хотелиерство - I СПК за 5 служ;-Бизнес - администрация - III СПК за 4 служ;-Шлосерство - I СПК за 10 служ;-Допълнително е предвидено и обучение на 20 служители по английски език. Очакваните резултати от изпълнението на проекта и по-конкретно неговите две дейности са: -Продобита или повишена квалификация за специалностите:Обслужване на заведения в обществено хранене - II СПК- за 9 служители;Производство и обслужване в заведенията за хранене и развлечения - III СПК- за 6 служители;8110401 Хотелиерство - I СПК0 за 5 служители;8110301 Хотелиерство - I СПК за 5 служители;Бизнес - администрация - III СПК за 4 служители;Шлосерство - I СПК за 10 служители; заети в "ГАЛЕНИТ" АД; -Повишена компетентност за общуване на чужди езици (английски език) на 20 заети лица в "ГАЛЕНИТ" АД; -Повишаване на възможностите за кариерно развитие; -Подобряване на качеството и устойчивостта на работните места. The project proposal overcomes problems related to the lack of qualification of the persons employed in Galenite AD or the need to increase this qualification. This will enable employees to adapt to changes in the labour market by acquiring ‘convertible’ knowledge and skills and creating conditions for sustainable jobs and improving job quality. The project includes as a target group 39 persons employed in Galenite AD, who are directly involved in the administration of the company, the hotel and the workers in the Electrical Repair Workshop. According to the conditions for application, at least 50 % of the targeted persons are persons aged over 54 years and/or with secondary or lower education. Through the project proposal “Galent” JSC foresees to provide professional training for the specialties:-Service of catering establishments — II CCC — for 9 services;-Production and service in restaurants and entertainment — III CCC — for 6 services;-8110401 Hotels — I CCC for 5 services;-8110301 Hotels — I CCC for 5 services;-Business — administration — III CCC for 4 services;--School — I CCC for 10 services;- Additionally, training of 20 English language employees is foreseen. The expected results of the implementation of the project and in particular its two activities are: —Produced or enhanced qualification for the specialties: Service of catering establishments — II CCC — for 9 employees; Manufacture and service in catering and entertainment establishments — III CCC — for 6 employees; 8110401 Hotels — I CPA0 for 5 employees; 8110301 Hotels — I CCC for 5 employees; Business — Administration — III CCC for 4 employees; Locking — I CPA for 10 employees; employed in Galenite AD; —Increased competence for communication in foreign languages (English) of 20 employees in Galenite AD; —Increasing career opportunities; Improving job quality and sustainability. La proposition de projet permet de surmonter les problèmes liés au manque de qualification des personnes employées dans Galenite AD ou à la nécessité d’accroître cette qualification. Cela permettra aux salariés de s’adapter à l’évolution du marché du travail en acquérant des connaissances et des compétences «convertibles», en créant des conditions propices à des emplois durables et en améliorant la qualité de l’emploi. Le projet comprend en tant que groupe cible 39 personnes employées à Galenite AD, qui sont directement impliquées dans l’administration de l’entreprise, l’hôtel et les travailleurs de l’atelier de réparation électrique. Selon les conditions d’application, au moins 50 % des personnes visées sont des personnes âgées de plus de 54 ans et/ou ayant un enseignement secondaire ou inférieur. Par le biais de la proposition de projet «Galent» JSC prévoit de fournir une formation professionnelle pour les spécialités:-Service des établissements de restauration — II CCC — pour 9 services;-Production et service dans les restaurants et les divertissements — III CCC — pour 6 services;-8110401 Hôtels — I CCC pour 5 services;-8110301 Hôtels — I CCC pour 5 services;-Business — administration — III CCC pour 4 services;--École — I CCC pour 10 services;- En outre, la formation de 20 employés de langue anglaise est prévue. Les résultats escomptés de la mise en œuvre du projet, et en particulier de ses deux activités, sont les suivants: —Qualifications produites ou améliorées pour les spécialités: Service d’établissements de restauration — II CCC — pour 9 salariés; Fabrication et service dans les établissements de restauration et de divertissement — III CCC — pour 6 employés; 8110401 Hôtels — I CPA0 pour 5 salariés; 8110301 Hôtels — I CCC pour 5 salariés; Affaires — Administration — III CCC pour 4 employés; Verrouillage — I CPA pour 10 salariés; employé à Galenite AD; —Augmentation des compétences en matière de communication en langues étrangères (anglais) de 20 employés en Galenite AD; —Accroître les possibilités de carrière; Améliorer la qualité et la durabilité de l’emploi.
