Проектът предвижда наемане на 12 безработни лица, безработни младежи до 29 години, както и запазване на минимум 5 от създадените работни места след приключване на проекта. Целта ни е да сформираме квалифициран и добре мотивиран работен екип, да го обучим за да получи професионална квалификация, умения за работа и използване на съвременно оборудване, достигане на високи стандарти на обслужване и така да задоволим нуждите на клиентите ни. В сферата на обслужването, където услугата се предоставя директно, обслужването от квалифициран персонал е от особена важност за фирмата. По тази причина предвиждаме наетите на работа да преминат обучение за придобиване на професионални умения по професии по професия "Сервитьор-барман", код по СППОО 811080 - за 7 от наетите лица и по професия „Готвач”, код по СППОО 811070 - за 5 от наетите по проекта лица. Тези обучения ще бъдат възложени на обучителни организации с богат опит в провеждането, които предлагат не само стабилна теоретична подготовка, но и формиране на добри практически умения. За осигуряване и гарантиране на успешното изпълнение на проекта, ще се приложи опитът, придобит от екипа и мениджъра с цел осигуряване на устойчива заетост. На наетия персонал ще бъдат създадени отлични условия на труд, ще бъде осигурено най-съвременно оборудване и екипировка. Постигнатото чрез и по време на проекта ще бъде популяризирано при спазване изискванията за прилагане на правилата за информация и комуникация. Проектното предложение ще застъпи хоризонталните принципи за равенство между половете, равни възможности и недопускане на дискриминация и устойчиво развитие. (Bulgarian)

Our goal is to form a qualified and well-motivated working team, to train it to obtain professional qualification, skills for work and use of modern equipment, to reach high standards of service and thus to satisfy the needs of our clients. In the service area where the service is provided directly, the service by qualified personnel is of particular importance to the company. For this reason, we foresee that the employees will receive vocational skills training in professions of service bartender, OVET code 811080 — for 7 of the employees and by profession “Cooker”, VET Code 811070 — for 5 of the persons employed under the project. These trainings will be awarded to training organisations with extensive experience in conducting, which offer not only sound theoretical training, but also the formation of good practical skills. To ensure and ensure the successful implementation of the project, the experience gained by the team and the manager in order to ensure sustainable employment will be applied. The recruited staff will be created with excellent working conditions, and will be provided with state-of-the-art equipment and equipment. What has been achieved through and during the project will be promoted in compliance with the requirements for the application of the information and communication rules. Le projet prévoit l’emploi de 12 chômeurs, des jeunes chômeurs jusqu’à 29 ans, ainsi que le maintien d’un minimum de 5 emplois créés après l’achèvement du projet. Notre objectif est de former une équipe de travail qualifiée et bien motivée, de la former pour obtenir une qualification professionnelle, des compétences pour le travail et l’utilisation d’équipements modernes, d’atteindre des normes élevées de service et ainsi de satisfaire les besoins de nos clients. Dans la zone de service où le service est fourni directement, le service par du personnel qualifié revêt une importance particulière pour l’entreprise. Pour cette raison, nous prévoyons que les salariés recevront une formation professionnelle dans les professions de barman de services, code OVET 811080 — pour 7 des salariés et par profession «Cooker», code VET 811070 — pour 5 des personnes employées dans le cadre du projet. Ces formations seront attribuées à des organismes de formation possédant une vaste expérience de la conduite, qui offrent non seulement une formation théorique solide, mais aussi la formation de bonnes compétences pratiques. Afin d’assurer et d’assurer le succès de la mise en œuvre du projet, l’expérience acquise par l’équipe et le gestionnaire afin de garantir un emploi durable sera mise en œuvre. Le personnel recruté sera créé dans d’excellentes conditions de travail et disposera d’équipements et d’équipements de pointe.
