Проектът има за цел повишаване на конкурентоспособността и производствения капацитет на "Кирково" ООД и увеличаване на потенциала за експорт, в резултат, на което ще се постигне подобряване на пазарното присъствие на компанията. Към настоящия момент фирмата е достигнала пълна натовареност на производствените си мощности и няма възможност да приема поръчки за производство на нови и по-големи изделия, както и да увеличи капацитета на текущото си производство. Успешното реализиране на проекта ще даде възможност за внедряване на технологии за оптимизиране и подобряване на производствените и технологични процеси, постигане на по-висока производителност, намаляване на производствените разходи и оптимизиране на производствената верига. Основната проектна дейност е насочена към доставка, монтаж и въвеждане в експлоатация на модерни технологии и оборудване за производство на продукти с по-високо качество и съответстващи на европейските норми и изисквания, както и доставката на 2 броя кари. Като резултат от нея ще се увеличи потенциала за производство и износ на продукти с висока добавена стойност и ще се осигури развитието на конкурентно, ефикасно и ефективно производство, гарантиращо устойчивост и добър икономически ефект за предприятието и увеличаване на трудовата заетост. Чрез внедрените нови технологии ще се постигне и подобряване на ресурсната ефективност, повишен производствен капацитет и качество на продуктите, добри системи за управление и логистика, и за прилагане на нови бизнес модели и практики.Настоящото проектно предложение попада в тематична област "Мехатроника и чисти технологии" на ИСИС 2014-2020. The project aims at increasing the competitiveness and production capacity of Kirkovo Ltd. and increasing the export potential, as a result, which will improve the market presence of the company. At present, the company has reached full workload of its production facilities and is unable to accept orders for the production of new and larger products, as well as to increase the capacity of its current production. The successful realisation of the project will enable the implementation of technologies for optimisation and improvement of production and technological processes, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs and optimising the production chain. The main project activity is aimed at supplying, installing and commissioning of modern technologies and equipment for the production of products of higher quality and complying with European norms and requirements, as well as the supply of 2 trucks. As a result, it will increase the potential for the production and export of products with high added value and ensure the development of competitive, efficient and effective production, ensuring sustainability and good economic effect for the enterprise and increasing employment. The implemented new technologies will also achieve resource efficiency improvement, increased production capacity and product quality, good management and logistics systems, and implementation of new business models and practices.This project proposal falls under the thematic area “Mechatronics and Clean Technologies” of SEIS 2014-2020. Le projet vise à accroître la compétitivité et la capacité de production de Kirkovo Ltd. et à accroître le potentiel d’exportation, ce qui améliorera la présence de l’entreprise sur le marché. À l’heure actuelle, l’entreprise a atteint l’entière charge de travail de ses installations de production et n’est pas en mesure d’accepter les commandes pour la production de nouveaux produits et d’augmenter la capacité de sa production actuelle. La réalisation réussie du projet permettra la mise en œuvre de technologies pour l’optimisation et l’amélioration des processus de production et technologiques, l’amélioration de la productivité, la réduction des coûts de production et l’optimisation de la chaîne de production. L’activité principale du projet vise la fourniture, l’installation et la mise en service de technologies et d’équipements modernes pour la production de produits de meilleure qualité et conformes aux normes et exigences européennes, ainsi que la fourniture de 2 camions. En conséquence, elle accroîtra le potentiel de production et d’exportation de produits à forte valeur ajoutée et assurera le développement d’une production compétitive, efficiente et efficace, assurant la durabilité et un bon effet économique pour l’entreprise et augmentant l’emploi. Les nouvelles technologies mises en œuvre permettront également d’améliorer l’efficacité des ressources, d’accroître la capacité de production et la qualité des produits, de bonnes systèmes de gestion et de logistique et de mettre en œuvre de nouveaux modèles et pratiques d’affaires.
