Předmětem projektu je realizace stavebních prací a dodávek vedoucích ke snížení energetické náročnosti provozu řešené budovy Městského úřadu Žamberk na adrese Nádražní 833, 546 01 Žamberk.Řešená budova se nachází v obci s více než 1000 obyvatel. S ohledem na plochu budovy pronajatou ke komerčnímu využití cca 22%, naplňuje projekt znaky veřejné podpory. Žadatel zvolil režim podpory: Bloková výjimka dle čl. 38. The object of the project is the realisation of construction works and supplies leading to a reduction of the energy performance of the designed building of the Žamberk Municipal Office at Nádražní 833, 546 01 Žamberk.The building is located in the municipality with more than 1000 inhabitants. With regard to the area of the building rented for commercial use of about 22 %, the project fulfils the characteristics of public aid. The applicant has chosen an aid scheme: Block exemption pursuant to Article 38. The alternative investment is not relevant. (English)

L’objet du projet est la réalisation de travaux de construction et de fournitures conduisant à une réduction de la performance énergétique de l’exploitation du bâtiment de l’autorité municipale de Žamberk à Nádražní 833, 546 01 Žamberk.Le bâtiment reconstruit est situé dans un village de plus de 1000 habitants. En ce qui concerne la superficie du bâtiment loué à des fins commerciales environ 22 %, le projet répond aux caractéristiques des aides publiques. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Realisierung von Bauarbeiten und Lieferungen, die zu einer Verringerung der Energieeffizienz des Verwaltungsgebäudes Žamberk in Nádražní 833, 546 01 Žamberk führen.Das umgebaute Gebäude befindet sich in einem Dorf mit mehr als 1000 Einwohnern. Was die Fläche des für die gewerbliche Nutzung gemieteten Gebäudes betrifft, so erfüllt das Vorhaben die Merkmale öffentlicher Beihilfen. Der Antragsteller hat sich für die Beihilferegelung entschieden: Artikel 38 Gruppenfreistellung. Die alternative Investition ist nicht relevant. (German)
