Cílem projektu Chance to Go je zvýšit motivaci 20 znevýhodněných nezaměstnaných mladých lidí z Moravskoslezského kraje pro vstup na trh práce nebo do vzdělávání. Cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím komplexní dlouhodobé podpory účastníků v podobě poradenských, vzdělávacích a pracovně-integračních aktivit, v jejichž centru stojí 8týdenní pracovní stáže v Německu. Projekt zlepší sociální i odborné kompetence účastníků a zvýší jejich kredit u budoucích zaměstnavatelů. (Czech)

The aim of the Chance to Go project is to increase the motivation of 20 disadvantaged unemployed young people from the Moravian-Silesian Region for entry into the labour market or education. The goal will be achieved through comprehensive long-term support of participants in the form of advisory, educational and labour-integration activities, at which the centre is a 8-week internship in Germany. The project will improve the social and professional competences of participants and increase their credit for future employers. (English)

L’objectif du projet Chance to Go est d’accroître la motivation de 20 jeunes chômeurs défavorisés de la région Moravie-Silésienne à entrer sur le marché du travail ou à suivre des études. L’objectif sera atteint grâce à un soutien complet à long terme des participants sous la forme d’activités de conseil, d’éducation et d’insertion professionnelle, qui ont un stage de 8 semaines en Allemagne. Le projet améliorera les compétences sociales et professionnelles des participants et augmentera leur crédit pour les futurs employeurs. (French)

Ziel des Projekts „Chance to Go“ ist es, die Motivation von 20 benachteiligten Jugendlichen aus der Region Mährisch-Schlesien zum Einstieg in den Arbeitsmarkt oder zur Bildung zu steigern. Das Ziel wird durch eine umfassende langfristige Unterstützung der Teilnehmer in Form von Beratungs-, Bildungs- und Arbeitsintegrationsaktivitäten erreicht, die ein 8-wöchiges Praktikum in Deutschland absolvieren. Das Projekt wird die sozialen und beruflichen Kompetenzen der Teilnehmer verbessern und ihren Kredit für künftige Arbeitgeber erhöhen. (German)
