Cílem projektu je profesionalizace Armády spásy v ČR, z. s. (dále jen Armáda spásy) v oblastech strategie organizace, řízení lidských zdrojů a kvality služeb vybudováním odborníků ze stávajících zaměstnanců a vytvořením strategických dokumentů organizace (strategický plán, aktualizace a tvorba vnitřních předpisů, vytvoření metodických materiálů). Cílovou skupinou jsou zaměstnanci organizace - 468 lidí. V rámci projektu budeme spolupracovat s experty na zmíněné oblasti. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to professionalise the Salvation Army in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Salvation Army) in the areas of the organisation’s strategy, human resources management and quality of services by building experts from existing employees and creating strategic documents of the organisation (strategic plan, update and development of internal regulations, creation of methodological materials). The target group is employees of the organisation – 468 people. As part of the project, we will work with experts on these areas. (English)

L’objectif du projet est la professionnalisation de l’Armée du Salut en République tchèque (ci-après dénommée l’Armée du Salut) dans les domaines de la stratégie organisationnelle, de la gestion des ressources humaines et de la qualité des services par des experts en construction d’employés existants et de la création de documents stratégiques de l’organisation (plan stratégique, mise à jour et rédaction de règlements internes, création de matériels méthodologiques). Le groupe cible est les employés de l’organisation — 468 personnes. Dans le cadre du projet, nous travaillerons avec des experts dans ce domaine. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist die Professionalisierung der Heilsarmee in der Tschechischen Republik (im Folgenden die Heilsarmee) in den Bereichen Organisationsstrategie, Personalmanagement und Qualität der Dienstleistungen durch den Bau von Experten aus bestehenden Mitarbeitern und die Erstellung strategischer Dokumente der Organisation (strategischer Plan, Aktualisierung und Ausarbeitung interner Vorschriften, Erstellung methodischer Materialien). Zielgruppe sind Mitarbeiter der Organisation – 468 Personen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden wir mit Experten auf diesem Gebiet zusammenarbeiten. (German)
