Projekt reaguje na několik problematických oblastí v organizaci, kterými jsou zejména implementace strategického plánu, výkonu fundraisingu a PR aktivit a limity v kompetencích pracovníků. Prostřednictvím vzdělávacích aktivit, odborných stáží a cílené podpory ze strany expertů a chce docílit posílení kompetencí pracovníků pro výkon jejich činností a zajistit tak fungující proces strategického plánování, efektivní výkon fundraisingu i PR aktivit a zvýšení známosti organizace mezi veřejností. The project responds to several problematic areas in the organisation, namely implementation of the strategic plan, performance of fundraising and PR activities and limits within the competencies of workers. Through educational activities, professional internships and targeted support from experts, it wants to strengthen the competence of workers for the performance of their activities and thus ensure a functioning process of strategic planning, effective performance of fundraising and PR activities and increasing the organisation’s awareness among the public. Le projet répond à plusieurs domaines problématiques de l’organisation, à savoir la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique, l’exécution des activités de collecte de fonds et de relations publiques et les limites des compétences des employés. Par des activités éducatives, des stages professionnels et un soutien ciblé d’experts et vise à renforcer la compétence des employés pour l’exécution de leurs activités, à assurer un processus de planification stratégique efficace, des activités efficaces de collecte de fonds et de relations publiques, et à sensibiliser le public à l’organisation. Das Projekt reagiert auf mehrere problematische Bereiche in der Organisation, nämlich die Umsetzung des Strategieplans, die Durchführung von Fundraising- und PR-Aktivitäten und Grenzen in der Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter. Durch Bildungsaktivitäten, professionelle Praktika und gezielte Unterstützung durch Experten soll die Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter für die Durchführung ihrer Tätigkeiten gestärkt, ein funktionierender strategischer Planungsprozess, eine effektive Fundraising- und PR-Aktivitäten sichergestellt und das Bewusstsein für die Organisation in der Öffentlichkeit gestärkt werden.
