Cílem projektu PROFUTURA je zvýšit zaměstnatelnost znevýhodněné CS mladých lidí s nízkou úrovní kvalifikace z Ostravska. Cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím komplexní dlouhodobé podpory 30 osob z CS v podobě poradenských, vzdělávacích a pracovně-integračních aktivit, v jejichž centru stojí 6-týdenní zahraniční pracovní stáž v německém Wernigerode. Projekt významnou měrou přispěje ke zvýšení motivace CS, zlepšení jejích soc. i odborných kompetencí a zvýší její kredit u budoucích zaměstnavatelů. (Czech)

The aim of the PROFUTURA project is to increase employability of disadvantaged CS young people with low qualifications from Ostrava. The goal will be achieved through comprehensive long-term support of 30 people from CS in the form of advisory, educational and labour-integration activities, where the centre is a 6-week foreign internship in Wernigerode, Germany. The project will significantly contribute to increasing the motivation of CS, improving its soc. and professional competences and increasing its credit for future employers. (English)

L’objectif du projet PROfutura est d’accroître l’employabilité des jeunes CS défavorisés ayant un faible niveau de qualification d’Ostrava. L’objectif sera atteint par un soutien complet à long terme de 30 personnes de la CS sous la forme d’activités de conseil, d’éducation et d’insertion professionnelle, dont le centre est un stage de 6 semaines de travail étranger à Wernigerode, Allemagne. Le projet contribuera de manière significative à accroître la motivation du CS, à améliorer ses compétences sociales et professionnelles et à accroître son crédit pour les futurs employeurs. (French)

Ziel des PROfutura-Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit benachteiligter CS-Jugendliche mit niedrigem Qualifikationsniveau aus Ostrava zu verbessern. Das Ziel wird durch eine umfassende langfristige Unterstützung von 30 Personen aus der CS in Form von Beratungs-, Bildungs- und Berufsintegrationsaktivitäten erreicht, in deren Zentrum ein 6-wöchiges Auslandspraktikum in Wernigerode ist. Das Projekt wird wesentlich dazu beitragen, die Motivation der KS zu erhöhen, seine sozialen und beruflichen Kompetenzen zu verbessern und seinen Kredit für künftige Arbeitgeber zu erhöhen. (German)
