Проектното предложение на Павел Пенчев е в областта на пчеларството. Той е регистриран като земеделски стопанин по наредба №3/1999год. със 125 бр. пчелни семейства. Кошерите са разположени в собствено дворно място, което се намира в с. Стара река, общ. Тунджа, обл. Ямбол.
