При изготвянето на проектното предложение "Прилагане мерки за енергийна ефективност на обществената инфраструктура , сграда на общежитие СОУ „Христо Ботев, град Ивайловград" са спазени и съобразени всички указания, залегнали в Изисквания за кандидатстване на Оперативна програма „Региони в растеж” 2014-2020 г., Приоритетна ос 2 "Подкрепа за енергийна ефективност в опорни центрове в периферните райони". Настоящето проектното предложение представлява съвкупност от дейности чрез които ще се изпълнят мерки за повишаване на енергийна ефективност на сграда на общежитие СОУ „Христо Ботев”. Планираните дейности които ще доведат до подобряване на енергийната ефективност на сградата на образователната инфраструктура са:-Обследване за енергийна ефективност придружено от валиден сертификат;-Обследване за установяване на техническите характеристики , свързани с удовлетворяването на изискванията по чл.169 от ЗУТ в съответствие с изискванията , определени в глава трета на Наредба №5 от 2006 г за техническите паспорти на строежите;- Инженеринг (проектиране, строителство и авторски надзор);- Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието на инвестиционния проект със съществените изисквания към строежите, изготвена като комплексен доклад от лицензирана фирма-консултант;- Дейности за информация и комуникация по проекта;- Дейности за управление на проектаПроектът ще има социален и икономически ефект. Неговото изпълнение ще допринесе за повишаване конкурентоспособността на района, чрез подобряване на общинската инфраструктура и създаване на предпоставки за подобряване на качеството на живот и работа на територията на общината. В този смисъл изпълнението на проекта ще подпомогне повишаването на привлекателността на Ивайловград и ще спомогне за осигуряването на качествени услуги в общността. С прилагане на горепосочените мерки ще се подобри микроклимата във всички помещения на сградата на сграда на общежитие СОУ „Христо Ботев” (Bulgarian)

In the preparation of the project proposal "Implementation of measures for energy efficiency of the public infrastructure, building of the dormitory "Hristo Botev, Ivaylovgrad" are complied with and comply with all the guidelines laid down in the Requirements for Application of Operational Programme "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020, Priority axis 2 "Support for energy efficiency in support centres in peripheral areas”. The present project proposal is a set of activities through which measures to improve the energy efficiency of a building at the “Hristo Botev” Secondary School will be implemented. The planned activities which will lead to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the building of the educational infrastructure are:-Energy efficiency audit accompanied by a valid certificate;-A survey to establish the technical characteristics related to the fulfilment of the requirements of Article 169 of the Spatial Planning Act in accordance with the requirements laid down in Chapter Three of Regulation No 5 of 2006 on technical passports for construction works;- Engineering (design, construction and author’s supervision); construction supervision and assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the essential requirements for constructions, prepared as a complex report by a licensed consulting company;- Information and communication activities under the project;- Project management activities The project will have a social and economic impact. Its implementation will contribute to improving the competitiveness of the area by improving the municipal infrastructure and creating conditions for improving the quality of life and work on the territory of the municipality. In this sense, the implementation of the project will help increase the attractiveness of Ivaylovgrad and will help to provide quality services in the community. With the implementation of the above measures, the microclimate will be improved in all premises of the building of a building at the “Hristo Botev” Secondary School (English)
