Проектно предлож. (ПП) „Изграждане на детски кът в с. Звъничево, община Пазарджик“ цели повишаването на атрактивността и привлекателността на средата на обитаване в с. Звъничево, община Пазарджик, в поречието на р.Марица, чрез създаване на качествена и хармонична среда в полза на рибарските общности в РО и посетителите.ПП предвижда инвестиции за подобряване средата на живот в рибарския район, а именно: изграждането на детски кът-площадка за игра.Площадката ще бъде разположена в парково пространство в центъра на селото. Селото не разполага с подходящи места и съоръжения за игра на деца,освен в дворните пространства на училището и детската градина. С. Звъничево е с население 1889ж., от които 199 деца до 12 год.В допълнение селото се намира на път София—Пловдив, както и пътя за Велинград и през него преминава голям пътнико-поток.Този факт, както и фактът, че в землището на Звъничево се намират „Рибарници Звъничево“- защитена зона от екологичната мрежа на Европейския съюз Натура 2000, създават потенциал за развитие на туризъм, за постигането на който е необходимо да се реализират инвестиции, насочени към подобряване средата на живот.Предвидената в рамките на настоящото проектно предложение инвестиция е принос към усилията на местната общност за реализиране на потенциала на територията.По този начин ПП ще допринесе за постигането на Приоритет 3 на ВОМР и по-конкретно за постигането на Специфична цел 3.2.Ефектът от предвидените интервенции засяга населението на селото (вкл.маргинализирани групи), както и гости и посетители по отношение качеството на живот, естетическите и екологични качества на жизнената среда и привлекателността на населеното място, което ще се изразява в постигане на развитие, отговарящо на нуждите на настоящето, подобрена среда, повишено качество на публичните пространства, създаване на привлекателно и безопасно място за социални контакти, игра и развлечение, достъпност. (PP) “Building a children’s playground in Zvanichevo village, municipality of Pazardzhik” aims at increasing the attractiveness and attractiveness of the habitation environment in the village of Zvanichevo, Pazardzhik municipality, in the valley of the Maritsa River, by creating a quality and harmonious environment for the benefit of the fishing communities in the RE and visitors. the building of a children’s playground.The area will be located in a park space in the center of the village. The village does not have suitable places and facilities for playing children, except in the yards of the school and kindergarten. S. Zvanichevo has a population of 1 889 g. of which 199 children up to 12 years old. In addition, the village is located on the road Sofia-Plovdiv, as well as the road to Velingrad and a large passenger stream passes through it. This fact, as well as the fact that in the land of Zvanichevo are located “Fishbarnitsi Zvanichevo” — a protected area of the ecological network of the European Union Natura 2000, create potential for tourism development, for which it is necessary to realise investments aimed at improving the living environment. The investment envisaged under this project proposal is a contribution to the efforts of the local community to realise the potential of the territory.The PP will thus contribute to the achievement of Priority 3 of the CLLD and, in particular, to the achievement of Specific Objective 3.2.The effect of the envisaged interventions affects the population of the village (including marginalised groups), as well as guests and visitors in terms of the quality of life, the aesthetic and environmental qualities of the living environment and the attractiveness of the settlement, which will be reflected in the achievement of development that meets the needs of the present, improved environment, increased quality of public spaces, creation of an attractive and safe place for social contacts, play and entertainment, accessibility.
