Настоящoто проектно предложение на община Ботевград е резултат от прилагане на разнообразни социални политики през предходния програмен период. Чрез него ще се предоставят интегрирани услуги за лицата с невъзможност за самообслужване и за хората с увреждане, като ще се съчетават комплексни действия в посока осигуряване на дългосрочна грижа, вкл. и социални и здравни услуги в общността и в домашна среда чрез създаване на Център за социално включване. Планира се поне 85 потребители от общината да имат достъп до предлаганите услуги, основани на индивидуална оценка и подход, основан на потребностите на лицата. (Bulgarian)

The present project proposal of the municipality of Botevgrad is the result of the implementation of various social policies in the previous programming period. It will provide integrated services for people with inability to self-service and people with disabilities, combining comprehensive actions towards long-term care, including social and health services in the community and in the home environment through the establishment of a Centre for Social Inclusion. It is planned that at least 85 municipality users will have access to the services offered, based on an individual assessment and a person’s needs-based approach. (English)
