Настоящото проектно предложение е част от целенасочената социална политика на Община Съединение в подкрепа на нуждаещите се лица, деца и семейства, живеещи в материално лишение и риск от социална изолация, които не могат да осигурят собственото си препитание. По проекта се предвижда да се осигури топъл обяд /кетъринг/, като храната се приготвя и доставя от външен изпълнител на територията на Община Съединение по домовете на нуждаещите се лица и семейства. Предвижда се да се осигури топъл обяд на 180 човека, нуждаещи се. Считано от 01.05.2018 г 189 бр. Периодът на социалната услуга е предвидено да бъде в рамките на месеца в работните дни – в период от 01.11.2017 г. до 31.12.2019 г. Проектното предложение е насочено към следните основни целеви групи: 1. Самотно живеещи лица и семейства, които не могат да се издържат чрез имуществото си или труда си и получават пенсии в минимални размери – за осигурителен стаж и възраст, за инвалидност, наследствени пенсии, пенсии, несвързани с трудова дейност.2. Лица с доказана липса на доходи и близки, които да се грижат за тях, установено от съответната дирекция „Социално подпомагане“.По проекта е предвидено и възможност неполучен топъл обяд, който отговаря на сроковете и условията за съхранение, да бъде разпределян на следната допълнителна целева група: 1. Лица и семейства, подпомагани по Наредба № РД-07-5 от 2008 г. за условията и реда за отпускане на целеви помощи за отопление, за отоплителния сезон, предхождащ предоставянето на помощта. (Bulgarian)

This project proposal is part of the targeted social policy of the Municipality of Unification in support of deprived persons, children and families living in material deprivation and risk of social exclusion, who cannot provide their own livelihoods. The project is intended to provide a warm lunch/catering/, and the food is prepared and delivered by an external contractor on the territory of the Municipality of Unification to the homes of deprived persons and families. It is envisaged to provide a warm lunch for 180 people in need. As of 01.05.2018 189 the period of the social service is scheduled to be within the month on working days — in the period from 01.11.2017 to 31.12.2019. The project proposal is aimed at the following main target groups: 1. Lonely living persons and families who are unable to support themselves through their property or work and receive minimum retirement pensions, invalidity, survivors’ pensions, non-work-related pensions.2. Persons with a proven lack of income and relatives to take care of them, established by the relevant Social Assistance Directorate. The project also foresees the possibility that a non-hot lunch meeting the terms and conditions of storage may be allocated to the following additional target group: 1. Persons and families assisted under Regulation No RD-07-5 of 2008 on the conditions and procedure for granting targeted heating aid for the heating season preceding the granting of the aid. (English)
