Проектът има за цел да реализира цялостна програма за социално-икономическо включване на уязвими групи в Община Пловдив чрез осигуряване на подобрен достъп до образование, заетост и здраве.Субсидираната заетост ще намали нивото на бедност в общностите на етническите малцинства, като същевременно осигури достъп до пазара на труда за работниците с ниска квалификация. Обученията, които ще се провеждат по проекта, имат за цел да подобрят мотивацията и компетентностите на хората от целевата група, както и да повишат тяхната пригодност за заетост чрез надграждане на техните професионални умения.Проектът също така има за цел да подпомогне социалното включване на деца от етнически малцинства чрез повишаване на тяхната мотивация и участие в образователни, културни и спортни дейности, подобряване на владеенето на български език, подобряване на тяхната учебна среда, стимулиране на техните артистични и спортни постижения. Работата с родителите е друг важен аспект на проекта, който ще подкрепи групови образователни дейности, включващи както деца, така и родители. (Bulgarian)

The project aims to implement a comprehensive program for socio-economic inclusion of vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Plovdiv by providing improved access to education, employment and health. The subsidised employment will reduce the level of poverty in the communities of ethnic minorities, while ensuring access to the labour market for low-skilled workers. The trainings to be carried out under the project aim to improve the motivation and competences of the people in the target group, as well as to increase their employability by upgrading their professional skills. The project also aims to support the social inclusion of children from ethnic minorities by increasing their motivation and participation in educational, cultural and sporting activities, improving their knowledge of Bulgarian language, improving their learning environment, stimulating their artistic and sporting achievements. Working with parents is another important aspect of the project that will support group education activities involving both children and parents. (English)
