Основната цел на проекта е успешно продължаване на процеса на деинституционалзация на територията на Община Пловдив, чрез замяна на институционалния модел на грижа с грижа в семейството или в близка до семейната среда.Конкретните цели са:1.Осигуряване на инфраструктура за разкриване на 7 нови социални услуги за деца и младежи-2 центъра за настаняване от семеен тип за деца без увреждания; преходно жилище за деца от 15-18 г.;наблюдавано жилище за младежи от 18-21 г.; център за обществена подкрепа за деца и семейства,с възможност за спешен прием; дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства;дневен център за подкрепа на деца с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства,в съответствие с Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда и Картата на резидентните услуги. 2.Насърчаване на социалното включване и равен достъп до услуги на децата и младежите, настанени в ДДЛРГ, ДМСГД,включително - и за децата с увреждания и децата с потребност от постоянна медицинска грижа в Община Пловдив.3.Гарантиране на правото на всяко дете до достъп до качествена грижа и услуги в общността според индивидуалните му потребности.Целите на проекта са в пълно съответствие с тези на Процедурата и ПО 5 на ОПРР 2014-2020.Основните дейности включват:1.Организация и управление; 2. Провеждане на обществени поръчки и избор на изпълнители по проекта; 3.Осигуряване на информация и комуникация по проекта; 4.Изграждане на ефективна социална инфраструктура за предоставяне на 7 нови социални услуги в Община Пловдив; 5.Строителен надзор и оценка на съответствието; 6.Доставка и монтаж на оборудване на обектитеПроектът е разработен в съответствие с контекста на Актуализирания план за действие за изпълнение на Националната стратегия "Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България". Инвестицията в социална инфраструктура ще допринесе за цялостното регионалното и местно развитие. (Bulgarian)

The main objective of the project is to successfully continue the process of deinstitutionalisation on the territory of the Municipality of Plovdiv by replacing the institutional model of care with care in the family or close to the family environment.The specific objectives are:1.Providing infrastructure for opening 7 new social services for children and young people-2 centers for family-type accommodation for children without disabilities; transition home for children from 15-18 years old;observed housing for young people from 18-21; center for public support for children and families, with the possibility of urgent reception; daily Support Center for Children with Disabilities and their Families;Daily Support Centre for Children with severe multiple disabilities and their families, in accordance with the Community and Family Support Service Map and the Residential Services Map. 2.Promoting social inclusion and equal access to services for children and young people accommodated in DSDLG, DMSG, including — for children with disabilities and children with a need for permanent medical care in the Municipality of Plovdiv.3. Ensuring the right of every child to access quality care and services in the community according to their individual needs.The objectives of the project are in full compliance with those of the Procedure and PO 5 of OPRG 2014-2020.The main activities include:1.Organisation and management; 2. Public procurement and selection of project contractors; 3.Providing information and communication on the project; 4.Building of effective social infrastructure for the provision of 7 new social services in Plovdiv Municipality; 5.Construction supervision and conformity assessment; 6.Delivery and installation of equipment of the sitesThe project has been developed in accordance with the context of the updated Action Plan for the implementation of the National Strategy “Vision for the Deinstitutionalisation of Children in the Republic of Bulgaria”.
