Проектът цели да помогне на ученици от Община Разлог, произхождащи от ромското малцинство, да се изградят като пълноценни граждани и да постигнат успешна професионална, социална и творческа реализация. Пълноценната социализация се осъществява в ранна възраст, когато децата са в началото на своето личностно развитие, поради което фокусът на проекта е насочен към ученици от началния курс на обучение. Обхватът на проекта предвижда допълнителни занимания в мултикултурна среда с деца от I до IV клас от НУ "Св. Св. Кирил и Методий" - гр. Разлог и ОУ "Св. Паисий Хилендарски" - с. Баня. Общият брой на включените деца при изпълнение на проекта е 272 като от тях 139 са с ромски произход. В рамките на проекта е предвидено осигуряване на условия, дейности, услуги и ресурси за усвояване на българския език, посредством допълнително обучение на ученици с проблеми при употребата на книжовен български език. Осигурени са дейности по извънкласни занимания, които да развият допълнителни умения и компетентности в учениците - приложни изкуства, театрално изкуство, спортни занимания, изучаване на фолклор. Целта е утвърждаване на интеркултурното образование и превръщането на културното многообразие в източник за взаимно опознаване и духовно развитие на подрастващите. Проектът включва дейност по Кариерно консултиране на ученици, с цел осъзнаване на образованието като ценност и предпоставка за успешен старт в живота. Предвидени са дейности, насочени към работа с родители, за разясняване ползите от образователна интеграция и негативите от възпрепятстване на децата от редовно посещаване на учебни занятия, за да се постигне пълноценна социализация. Целите и дейностите по проекта са съобразени с дългосрочните приоритети на Стратегия "Европа 2020" и с инвестиционния приоритет по Оперативна програма "Наука и образование за интелигентен растеж" 2014-2020. Очакваните резултати надграждат схеми от програмен период 2007-2013 и кореспондират с Актуализиран план за действие на Община Разлог. (Bulgarian)

The project aims to help students from the Municipality of Razlog from the Roma minority to build themselves as full-fledged citizens and to achieve successful professional, social and creative realisation. Full-fledged socialisation takes place at an early age when children are at the beginning of their personal development, which is why the focus of the project is aimed at pupils from the initial course of study. The scope of the project provides for additional activities in a multicultural environment with children from grade I to IV from the Secondary School "St. St. John’s Day. Cyril and Methodius — Razlog and Primary School "St. Paisii Hilendarski" — Banya village. The total number of children involved in the implementation of the project is 272 of which 139 are of Roma background. The project foresees the provision of conditions, activities, services and resources for the acquisition of the Bulgarian language through additional training of students with problems in the use of literary Bulgarian. Extracurricular activities are provided to develop additional skills and competences in students — applied arts, theatre arts, sports activities, folklore learning. The aim is to promote intercultural education and make cultural diversity a source of mutual knowledge and spiritual development of adolescents. The project includes a career counseling activity for students in order to realise education as a value and a prerequisite for a successful start in life. Activities aimed at working with parents are planned to explain the benefits of educational integration and the negatives of preventing children from attending classes on a regular basis in order to achieve full socialisation. The objectives and activities of the project are consistent with the long-term priorities of the Europe 2020 Strategy and the investment priority of the Operational Programme “Science and Education for Smart Growth” 2014-2020. The expected results build on schemes from the 2007-2013 programming period and correspond to an updated action plan of Razlog Municipality. (English)
