Cílem projektu je modernizace NZDM Klubu I.P. zřizovaného neziskovou organizací Portus Prachatice, o.p.s. Realizováním projektu chceme zkvalitnit poskytované sociální služby, zamezit sociálnímu vyloučení, podpořit začleňováním dětí v nepříznivé sociální situaci do většinové společnosti. Moderní zázemí NZDM Klubu I.P. bude lepším prostředkem k navazování prvokontaktu s dětmi a mládeží a následně k povede ke kvalitnější sociální práci. (Czech)

The aim of the project is modernisation of the NZDM Club I.P. established by the non-profit organisation Portus Prachatice, o.p.s. by implementing the project we want to improve the quality of the provided social services, prevent social exclusion, promote the inclusion of children in an unfavourable social situation into the majority society. The modern background of the NZDM Club I.P. will be a better means of establishing first contact with children and young people and subsequently leading to better quality social work. (English)

L’objectif du projet est la modernisation du NZDM Club I.P. créé par l’organisation à but non lucratif Portus Prachatice, o.p.s. en mettant en œuvre le projet, nous voulons améliorer la qualité des services sociaux fournis, prévenir l’exclusion sociale, soutenir l’intégration des enfants dans une situation sociale défavorable dans la société majoritaire. Les installations modernes du NZDM Club I.P. constitueront un meilleur moyen d’établir un premier contact avec les enfants et les jeunes et mèneront par conséquent à un travail social de meilleure qualité. Ziel des Projekts ist die Modernisierung des NZDM Club I.P., der von der gemeinnützigen Organisation Portus Prachatice, o.p.s. durch die Umsetzung des Projekts gegründet wurde, um die Qualität der angebotenen sozialen Dienstleistungen zu verbessern, soziale Ausgrenzung zu verhindern, die Integration von Kindern in eine ungünstige soziale Situation in die Mehrheitsgesellschaft zu unterstützen. Die modernen Einrichtungen des NZDM Club I.P. werden ein besseres Mittel sein, um ersten Kontakt zu Kindern und Jugendlichen herzustellen und somit zu einer besseren sozialen Arbeit zu führen.
