Celem projektu jest zwiększenie kompetencji TIK 216 osób powyżej 25 roku życia posiadających niskie kwalifikacje z miejscowości poniżej 100 tyś. mieszkańców woj.wielkopolskiego w okresie do 20.12.2016r.Projekt skierowany jest do 216 osób spełniających następujące kryteria: -posiadają niskie kwalifikacje(na poziomie do ISCED 3 włącznie)-w wieku 25 lat i więcej (co najmniej 50%osoby w wieku +50)-deklarują z własnej inicjatywy potrzebę podniesienia kompetencji-mają miejsce zamieszkania,nauki, pracy w rozumieniu KC na terenie woj.wielkopolskiego w miejscowościach do 100tyś.mieszkańców a w przypadku bezdomnych przebywające na wskazanym powyżej terenie-nie posiadają udokumentowanej znajomości obsługi komputera w stopniu podstawowymZe względu na diagnozę w obszarze projektu sytuacji kobiet i mężczyzn, kobiety stanowić będą min. 60% uczestników to jest 130 osoby. Projekt jest dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych (pomieszczenia,sprzęt,oprogramowanie, materiały dydaktyczne dostosowane do osób z niepełnosprawnościami)W zakresie wsparcia przewiduje się:-przeprowadzenie kampanii rekrutacyjnej; -organizacja i przeprowadzenie szkoleń w zakresie zgodnym ze Standardem wymagań dla kompetencji cyfrowych realizowanych w ramach Działania 8.2 dla 18 grup/ po 12 uczestników w grupie w wymiarze 80 godzin na grupę. Zakres szkoleń odpowiada na zdiagnozowane luki kompetencyjne w grupie docelowej; -organizacja i przeprowadzenie egzaminów zewnętrznych potwierdzających zdobycie określonych kompetencji cyfrowych.Rezultatem projektu będzie uzyskanie certyfikatów potwierdzających nabycie kwalifikacji/umiejętności w zakresie TIK przez 162 osoby powyżej 25 roku życia o niskich kwalifikacjach w tym 76 osób w wieku powyżej 50 lat, (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the competence of ICT 216 people over 25 years of age with low qualifications from the villages under 100 thousand inhabitants of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship in the period up to 20.12.2016.The project is aimed at 216 people meeting the following criteria: —they have low qualifications (up to an ISCED level 3 inclusive) – at the age of 25 and above (at least 50 % of people aged + 50) – declare on their own initiative the need to raise their competence-have their place of residence, science, work within the meaning of the KC in the Greater Poland Voivodeship, to 100 thousand inhabitants in the villages. The project is accessible to people with disabilities (rooms, equipment, software, educational materials adapted to people with disabilities)In the scope of support, the following are foreseen: – to carry out a recruitment campaign; — organising and conducting trainings in accordance with the Standard requirements for digital competences carried out under Measure 8.2 for 18 groups/per 12 participants per group of 80 hours per group. The scope of training responds to diagnosed competence gaps in the target group; — organising and conducting external examinations confirming the acquisition of specific digital competences.The result of the project will be to obtain certificates confirming the acquisition of ICT qualifications/skills by 162 people over 25 years of age with low qualifications, including 76 people over the age of 50, (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les compétences en TIC pour 216 personnes de plus de 25 ans ayant de faibles qualifications de la ville de moins de 100 000 habitants de la voïvodie de Grande-Pologne pour la période allant jusqu’au 20 décembre 2016. Le projet s’adresse à 216 personnes répondant aux critères suivants: —avoir de faibles qualifications (jusqu’à et y compris la CITE 3) âgées de 25 ans et plus (au moins 50 % des personnes âgées de + 50 ans) — déclarer de leur propre initiative la nécessité d’améliorer leurs compétences — ils ont un lieu de résidence, de science, de travail au sens du CC dans le domaine de la voïvodie de Grande-Pologne jusqu’à 100 000 résidents et dans le cas des sans-abri séjournant dans la zone susmentionnée — n’ont pas une connaissance avérée de l’utilisation de l’ordinateur au niveau de base en raison du diagnostic dans le domaine de la situation des femmes et des hommes, les femmes seront au moins 60 % des participants, soit 130 personnes. Le projet est accessible aux personnes handicapées (chambres, équipements, logiciels, matériel didactique adapté aux personnes handicapées).En termes d’aide, il est envisagé:-de mener une campagne de recrutement; — organiser et mener des formations conformément aux exigences standard en matière de compétences numériques menées dans le cadre de l’action 8.2 pour 18 groupes/12 participants dans le groupe 80 heures par groupe. La portée de la formation répond aux lacunes diagnostiquées en matière de compétences dans le groupe cible; — organisation et réalisation d’examens externes confirmant l’acquisition de certaines compétences numériques.Le résultat du projet sera d’obtenir des certificats confirmant l’acquisition de qualifications/compétences TIC par 162 personnes de plus de 25 ans ayant de faibles qualifications, dont 76 personnes de plus de 50 ans, (French)
