GRUPA DOCELOWA: 100 osób (4K i 96M) długotrwale pracujących w warunkach negatywnie wpływających na zdrowie w branży budowlanej, zamieszkujących na terenie podregionu kaliskiego ( powiat jarociński, kaliski, kępiński, krotoszyński, ostrowski, ostrzeszowski, pleszewski, m. Kalisz) w województwie wielkopolskim w wieku 18-64 lata.CEL: Przeciwdziałanie dezaktywacji zawodowej 100 osób (4K i 96M) długotrwale pracujących w warunkach negatywnie wpływających na zdrowie w branży budowlanej zamieszkujących na terenie podregionu kaliskiego poprzez realizację kompleksowego wsparcia prowadzącego do przekwalifikowania pracowników w okresie 01/09/2018 - 31/10/2019r.DZIAŁANIA:W ramach projektu uczestnicy zostaną objęci kompleksowym wsparciem: 1) doradztwo zawodowe oraz opracowanie IPD dla każdego uczestnika projektu2) szkolenia nt. zagrożeń występujących podczas pracy w branży budowlanej3) poradnictwo psychologiczne/coaching4) szkolenia/kursy mające na celu podniesienie, uzupełnienie lub zmianę kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych5) pośrednictwo pracyKompleksowy program wsparcia umożliwi uczestnikom: *podniesienie wiedzy i świadomości nt. zagrożeń zdrowotnych związanych z pracą w branży budowalnej*skorzystanie z wsparcia doradcy zawodowego w tym określenia ścieżki rozwoju/przekwalifikowania i utworzenie IPD*skorzystanie z wsparcia psychologa/coacha, który zmotywuje ich do podjęcia działań prozdrowotnych i rozwoju osobistego oraz pomoże w sytuacji podejmowania nowego zatrudnienia *udział w szkoleniach/kursach, które zapewnią im przekwalifikowanie, nabycie/podniesienie kwalifikacji i kompetencji a tym samym zwiększą ich szansę na utrzymanie aktywnego statusu na rynku pracy (możliwość zmiany stanowiska pracy, branży) *skorzystanie z usług pośrednika pracy, który wesprzeUP w poszukiwaniu ofert pracy zg. z ich oczekiwaniami.Okres realizacji: IX.2018- X.2019Rezultat: liczba osób, która po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie: 50% (Polish)

Kalisz) in Wielkopolska voivodship aged 18-64 years.CEL: Prevention of inactivation of 100 people (4K and 96M) long-term working in conditions adversely affecting health in the construction industry living in the Kalisz subregion through comprehensive support leading to the retraining of workers in the period 01/09/2018-31/10/2019. ACTIONS:Within the project, participants will receive comprehensive support: 1) Vocational advice and development of IPD for each participant in the project2) training on risks occurring during work in the construction industry3) psychological counselling/coaching4) training/training aimed at increasing, supplementing or changing professional qualifications and competences5) work intermediationThe comprehensive support programme will enable participants: *increase knowledge and awareness of the health risks associated with work in the building industry*using support from a professional advisor, including identifying pathways/retraining and creating IPD*employment support/coach, which will motivate them to undertake health-promoting and personal development activities and help them to take up new jobs *take part in training/training services that will provide them with retraining, acquiring/upgrading their job skills and skills and skills and competences. GROUPE CIBLE: 100 personnes (4K et 96M) travaillant de longue durée dans des conditions préjudiciables à la santé dans le secteur de la construction, vivant dans la sous-région de Kalisz (Jarociński, Kalisz, Kpiński, Krotoszyński, Ostrowski, Ostrowski, pleszewski, Kalisz) dans la voïvodie de Wielkopolska de 18 à 64 ans.CEL: Lutter contre l’inactivation de 100 personnes (4K et 96M) dans des conditions préjudiciables à la santé dans l’industrie de la construction vivant dans la sous-région de Kalisz par la mise en œuvre d’un soutien global conduisant à la reconversion des travailleurs au cours de la période 01/09/2018-31/10/2019Actions:Dans le cadre du projet, les participants seront couverts par un soutien global: 1) orientation professionnelle et développement des DPI pour chaque participant au projet 2) formation sur les risques survenant pendant le travail dans l’industrie de la construction 3) counseling/coaching psychologique 4) formation/cours visant à améliorer, compléter ou refaire les compétences et les compétences professionnelles5) placement au travailProgramme de soutien complet permettra aux participants: *améliorer la connaissance et la sensibilisation aux risques pour la santé liés au travail dans le secteur de la construction* en s’appuyant sur le soutien d’un conseiller professionnel, y compris en définissant la voie de développement/reformation et en mettant en place un DPI* en utilisant le soutien d’un psychologue/coach qui les motivera à prendre des mesures de santé et de développement personnel et à les aider à entrer dans un nouvel emploi *participation à des formations/cours qui leur fourniront un recyclage, l’acquisition/le perfectionnement des qualifications et des compétences et augmenteront ainsi leurs chances de maintenir leur statut actif sur le marché du travail (possibilité de changer de poste, industrie) *utiliser les services d’un intermédiaire d’emploi qui soutiendra l’UP en recherche d’offres d’emploi: IX.2018- X.2019Résultat: nombre de personnes qui, après avoir quitté le programme, ont pris un emploi ou ont continué à travailler: 50 % (French)
