Cel:Zwiększenie liczby osób pracujących w grupie 33(29K4M) osób z obszaru Miasta Poznania sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3, poprzez stworzenie 33 miejsc opieki w nowo utworzonym żłobku i objęcie 50% uczestników projektu wsparciem w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej zgodnie z indywidualnie opracowanym planem działania dla każdej osoby w okresie 01.03.2019 do 31.10.2020 r.Grupa docelowa(GD) zgodna z GD dla poddziałania 6.4.1 WRPO: 33(29K4M) Os. dośw. trudności na rynku pracy(RP) w związku ze sprawowaną opieką naddzieckiem do lat 3, w tym:• 17(14K3M) os. bezrobotnych lub osób biernych zawodowo pozost. poza RP ze wzg.na ob. opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, w tym osób które przerwały karierę zaw. ze względu na ur. dziecka lub przebywających na urlopie wych. w roz. ustawy z dnia 26.06.1974 r. – Kodeks pracy,• 16 (15K1M) os. prac. spraw.opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3.100% GD z obszaru woj. wielkopolskiego(WLKP).Wsparcie w ramach projektu będzie realizowane w ramach 7 zadań dotyczących przystosowania pomieszczenia na potrzeby żłobka, bieżącego funkcjonowania placówki, szkoleń dla opiekunów zatrudnionych w żłobku, stworzenia Indywidualnych planów działania dla niepracujących opiekunów dzieci objętych opieką w żłobku; szkoleń zawodowych i staży zawodowych i pośrednictwa pracy dla wyżej wymienionej grupy.Zakładamy, że dzięki udziałowi w projekcie w grupie osób biernych lub bezrobotnych osiągnie te zostaną następujące: •dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej na poziomie co najmniej 44%•dla kobiet na poziomie co najmniej 44%•dla osób z niepełnosprawnością na poziomie co najmniej 44%,• dla osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3) – 44%•w przypadku osób nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z powyższych kategorii projekt zakłada minimalny poziom kryterium efektywności na poziomie 56%. Objective:To increase the number of people working in group 33(29K4M) of people from the area of Poznan taking care of children under the age of 3, by creating 33 places of care in the newly created nursery and covering 50 % of participants in the project with support for professional activation in accordance with the individually designed action plan for each person in the period 01.03.2019 to 31.10.2020. Target group (GD) compatible with GD for sub-measure 6.4.1 WRPO: 33.29K4M) Persons of difficulties on the labour market (RP) in connection with super-childcare up to 3 years, including:• 17(14K3M) unemployed persons or economically inactive persons outside the Republic of Poland with respect to childcare for children up to 3 years, including those who have interrupted their career in respect of children’s plans or on leave in accordance with the Act of 26.06.1974. vocational training and job placements for the above-mentioned group. We assume that participation in the project in a group of passive or unemployed persons will achieve the following: •for people aged 50 or over at least 44 %•for women of at least 44 %•for persons with disabilities of at least 44 %,• for low-skilled persons (up to ISCED 3) – 44 %•for persons not eligible for any of the above categories, the project has a minimum performance criterion of 56 %. CEL:zwiększenie nombre de personnes travaillant dans un groupe de 33 (29K4M) de la ville de Poznań prenant soin d’enfants jusqu’à 3 ans, en créant 33 places de soins dans la crèche nouvellement créée et en fournissant à 50 % des participants au projet un soutien à l’activation professionnelle conformément à un plan d’action sur mesure pour chaque personne au cours de la période allant du 01.03.2019 au 31.10.2020. Groupe cible(GD) conformément à la DG pour la sous-mesure 6.4.1 du ROP: 33(29K4M) Difficultés responsables sur le marché du travail (RP) dues à la prise en charge d’enfants jusqu’à 3 ans, y compris:• 17(14K3M) chômeurs ou économiquement inactifs en dehors de la République de Pologne du fait de la prise en charge d’enfants jusqu’à 3 ans, y compris ceux qui ont interrompu leur carrière en raison de l’enfant né ou en congé parental dans la loi du 26.06.1974 — le Code du travail, • 16 (15K1M) travaillent pour s’occuper d’enfants jusqu’à 3,100 % de GD de la voïvodie de Wielkopolska (WLKP).Le soutien dans le cadre du projet s’inscrira dans le cadre de 7 tâches liées à l’adaptation de la crèche, à l’exploitation quotidienne de l’installation, à la formation des aidants employés dans la crèche, à l’élaboration de plans d’action individuels pour les gardes d’enfants non actifs dans la crèche; formation professionnelle et stages et stages pour le groupe susmentionné. Nous supposons que grâce à la participation au projet dans le groupe de personnes inactives ou au chômage, les résultats suivants seront atteints: •pour les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, au moins 44 % •pour les femmes d’au moins 44 %•pour les personnes handicapées d’au moins 44 %,• pour les personnes peu qualifiées (jusqu’à la CITE 3) — 44 %•pour les personnes non éligibles à l’une des catégories ci-dessus, le projet suppose un niveau minimal d’efficacité de 56 %.
