Un ensemble d’activités interconnectées d’information, de conseil, de motivation et d’éducation visant à améliorer la situation des femmes à risque sur le marché du travail et des personnes qui s’occupent de jeunes enfants ou d’autres personnes dépendantes du marché du travail local, à sensibiliser les femmes aux questions de discrimination, à éliminer leurs manifestations spécifiques et à réduire la ségrégation verticale du marché du travail local. Les activités sont adaptées aux besoins individuels des groupes cibles et aux spécificités de la région du Polabí central et comportent un certain nombre d’éléments novateurs. (French)
