Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.02.2018 - 31.12.2019.Grupa docelowa:10 bezrobotnych, w tym 5 długotrwale i 35 biernych zawodowo os. w wieku min. 30 l., z subregionu pilskiego,w tym 10 z terenów wiejskich,min. 4 os. niepełnosprawne ,min.10 os. w wieku min. 50 l., min. 20 o niskich kwalifikacjach,25 kobiet,20 mężczyzn.Grupy preferowane: os. zamierzające rozpocząć dział. w smart specialisation dla Wlkp. lub sektorze OZE, os. niepełnosprawne,długotrwale bezrobotne,o niskich kwalifikacjach lub w wieku min. 50 l.Do projektu będą kwalifikowane os. posiadające predyspozycje przedsiębiorcze i chcące założyć własną dział. gosp.Uczestnicy zostaną objęci wsparciem w postaci szkoleń grupowych (72 h) i doradztwa indywidualnego (4 h) w zakresie "ABC przedsiębiorczości".W efekcie wsparcia 36 os. otrzyma dotację, w tym min. 7 na dział. w sektorze OZE, min. 7 w smart specialisation dla Wlkp.Uczestnicy,którzy otrzymają dotację zostaną objęci także wsparciem pomostowym finansowym oraz wsparciem pomostowym doradczym, w wymiarze 36 h doradztwa indywidualnego dla każdego uczestnika.Każdy uczestnik zobowiązany będzie do prowadzenia dział. gosp. utworzonej w ramach projektu przez okres min. 12 m-cy licząc od dnia jej faktycznego rozpoczęcia (zgodnie z aktualnym wpisem do CEIDG/KRS).Ponadto min. 5 uczestników utworzy miejsca pracy w ramach dział. gosp. Fakt prowadzenia działalności przez min. wymagany okres oraz sposób jej prowadzenia będzie monitorowany i kontrolowany przez Beneficjenta.Cel główny: Aktywizacja zawodowa do 31.12.2019 45 os. zdefiniowanych w pkt. 3.5.3 poprzez podniesienie wiedzy i umiejętności w sferze uruchomienia i prowadzenia dział. gosp. przez 45 os. oraz poprawę zdolności finans. 36 os. a w efekcie powyższych,utworzenie 36 nowych przedsiębiorstw i ich prowadzenie przez min. 12 m-cy,w tym min. 7-u w smart specialisation dla Wielkopolski i min. 7-u w sektorze OZE oraz utworzenie stanowisk pracy dla min. 5 os. w ramach ww. działalności. Target group:10 unemployed, including 5 long-term and 35 inactive people aged at least 30 years old, from the Pilskie subregion, including 10 from rural areas, min. 4 people with disabilities,min.10 people aged at least 50 years, min. 20 with low qualifications,25 women,20 men. in the course of the project, the participants will receive support in the form of group training (72 h) and individual advice (4 h) in the field of “ABC entrepreneurship” in the field of “ABC of entrepreneurship” in the field of “ABC of entrepreneurship”. The fact of running the business for min. the required period and the manner of its operation will be monitored and controlled by the Beneficiary. Le projet sera mis en œuvre au cours de la période 01.02.2018-31.12.2019. Groupe cible: 10 chômeurs, dont 5 personnes de longue durée et 35 personnes économiquement inactives d’au moins 30 ans, de la sous-région Pilsk, dont 10 de la campagne, min. 4 personnes handicapées, min.10 personnes âgées d’au moins 50 ans, min. 20 avec peu qualifiés, 25 femmes, 20 hommes. les personnes ayant l’intention de créer un département. en spécialisation intelligente pour le secteur Wielkopolska ou SER, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées ou au moins 50 l.Pour le projet seront des personnes qualifiées ayant une prédisposition entrepreneuriale et souhaitant créer leur propre département. Gosp.Les participants recevront une subvention, dont 7 pour l’unité du secteur des énergies renouvelables, au moins 7 dans le domaine de la spécialisation intelligente, au moins les participants recevront un soutien pour l’activité au cours du projet. Le fait que l’activité ait été exercée pendant une durée minimale et la manière dont elle est exercée seront surveillées et contrôlées par le bénéficiaire. Activation professionnelle jusqu’au 31.12.2019 45 personnes au sens du paragraphe. 3.5.3 en améliorant les connaissances et les compétences dans le domaine du lancement et de la gestion du département par 45 personnes et en améliorant la capacité financière. 36 personnes et, par conséquent, la création de 36 nouvelles entreprises et leur exploitation pour un minimum de 12 mois, dont au moins 7 en spécialisation intelligente pour Wielkopolska et au moins 7 dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables et la création d’emplois pour au moins 5 personnes dans les activités susmentionnées.
