Projekt polega na zakupie infrastruktury B+R w celu stworzenia nowego Działu w firmie stanowiącego Wzorcownię służącą wykonywaniu badań mających na celu analizę wpływu doboru różnego rodzaju materiałów/surowców, jakości i sposobu ich cięcia oraz zastosowania różnego rodzaju łączników. We Wzorcowni Wnioskodawca opracowywał będzie wzory i modele pojedynczych mebli spersonalizowanych, w tym dostosowanych do potrzeb klientów o szczególnych potrzebach (np. osób niepełnosprawnych); innowacyjne rozwiązania konstrukcyjne do zastosowania w określonym typie mebla; nowe technologie produkcyjne zależne od wybranych materiałów i surowców. Docelowymi wynikami badań będą raporty przekazywane do działu produkcji. Zakup aparatury służyć będzie realizacji założeń działu badawczo-rozwojowego- Wzorcowni, który powstanie w wyniku realizacji projektu. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje: 1. Zakup następujących środków trwałych: - pilarka panelowa z tylną platformą załadunkową - centrum wiertarsko- frezarskie - piły diamentowe - laptop 17 cali - laptop 15 cali - komputer stacjonarny - mikroskop 2. Zakup WNIP: - specjalistyczne oprogramowanie do rozkroju i projektowania mebli oraz oprogramowanie do przekazywania danych dotyczących wykonywanych wzorów mebli na specjalistyczne maszyny. 3. Prace remontowe mające na celu dostosowanie przestrzeni hali do potrzeb Działu B+R Wskaźniki produktu (2019): -Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie- 1 szt. -Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje- 1 szt. -Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje)- 238 952,62 -Nakłady inwestycyjne na zakup aparatury naukowo-badawczej- 493 892,93 -Liczba zakupionej aparatury naukowo-badawczej -12 szt. The project consists of purchasing R & D infrastructure in order to create a new Department in the company which is a model for carrying out research to analyse the impact of selection of different types of materials/raw materials, the quality and method of their cutting, and the use of various types of connectors. The Applicant will develop designs and models of individual personalised furniture, including tailored to the needs of customers with special needs (e.g. persons with disabilities); innovative design solutions for use in a specific type of furniture; new production technologies dependent on selected materials and raw materials. The target test results will be the reports submitted to the production department. The purchase of equipment will serve to fulfil the objectives of the R & D and model department, which will be created as a result of the implementation of the project. The project’s material scope includes: 1. Purchase of the following fixed assets: — panel saw with rear loading platform – drilling and milling centre – diamond saws – laptop 17 inches – laptop 15 inches – desktop computer – microscope 2. Purchase of WNiP: — specialised furniture cutting and design software and software for transmitting data on furniture designs for specialised machinery. 3. Renovation works aimed at adapting the hall space to the needs of the R & D Department Product indicators (2019): —Number of enterprises receiving support – 1 units. —Number of companies receiving grants – 1 pcs. —Private investments supplementing public support to enterprises (grants)- 238 952,62 -Investment expenditure for the purchase of research equipment – 493 892,93 -Number of research equipment purchased -12 pieces. Le projet consiste en l’achat d’infrastructures de R & D afin de créer un nouveau département dans l’entreprise en tant que modèle de recherche visant à analyser l’impact de la sélection de différents types de matériaux/matières premières, la qualité et la méthode de découpe et l’utilisation de différents types de fixations. Dans la salle de conception, la requérante développera des conceptions et des modèles de meubles personnalisés individuels, y compris adaptés aux besoins des clients ayant des besoins particuliers (par exemple, les personnes handicapées); des solutions de conception innovantes pour une utilisation dans un type spécifique de mobilier; nouvelles technologies de production en fonction des matières et matières premières sélectionnées. Les résultats de l’essai cible seront des rapports transmis au service de production. L’achat d’équipement sera utilisé pour mettre en œuvre les objectifs du département R & D — l’usine de conception, qui sera créée à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet.
