Przedm. proj. jest przebudowa i modernizacja bud. po byłym Kinie w Pasymiu na potrzeby utworzenia Centrum Aktywizacji Społecznej, w którym siedzibę będzie miał KIS. Lokalizacja projektu: Miasto Pasym, ulica Dworcowa 8, d. nr 251/2 w obrębie Pasym 4. Zakres projektu: roboty rozbiórkowe, roboty budowlane, wyposażenie obiektu. Szczegółowe informacje na temat zakresu rzeczowego i przyjętych rozwiązań znajdują się w rozdz. 2.1.2.1 stu. wyk., w punkcie 6.1 wniosku oraz w wyciągu z dok. techn. będącej załącznikiem do wniosku. Projekt wpisuje się w zał. SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020,Oś priorytetowa 8 Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji, Cel tematyczny 9 Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, Prio. inwestycyjny 9b- wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich,Cel szczegółowy:Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkującej obszary problemowe. Projekt wynika z LPR Gminy Pasym, przyczyni się do pogłębienia integracji społecznej mieszkańców i do wyprowadzenia ze stanu kryzysowego zdegradowanego obszaru, jego kompleksowej rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i przestrzennej. Proj. promuje włączenie społeczne, walkę z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją. Przebudowany z zmodernizowany budynek,jak również zrewitalizowany obszar wokół budynku, umożliwi prowadzenie w nim działalności z zakresu aktywizacji społecznej i integracji osób zamieszkujących obszary zdegradowane, w tym osób niepełnosprawnych. Przyczyni się to do podniesienia ich jakości życia(zdro. i społ.). Realizacja projektu obejmuje m.in. następujące etapy: wyk. dok. technicznej, studium wyk., robót budowlanych i wyposażenia obiektu, nadzoru techn., promocję projektu. Cały zakres inwest. wdrażany będzie przez beneficjenta, tj. Gminę Pasym, w wyodrębnionym zespole do tego celu w UMiG. Wyodrębniony zespół pracowników UMiG Pasym posiada wysokie kwali.i doświad.w realiza.wdroż. w lat. 2007-2013 co zostało podane w pk.2.3.1 SW. (Polish)

Before the project is the reconstruction and modernisation of the building. after the former Cinema in Pasym for the purpose of establishing the Centre for Social Activation, where KIS will be located. Location of the project: Pasym City, 8 Dworcowa Street, No. 251/2 in Pasym 4. Scope of the project: demolition works, construction works, facility equipment. Detailed information on the material scope and solutions adopted can be found in section. 2.1.2.1 in point 6.1 of the proposal and in the annexed technical document extract. The project fits in. SZOOP RPIM 2014-2020,Priority axis 8 Areas requiring revitalisation, Thematic Objective 9 Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and all discrimination, Prio. investment 9b- supporting physical, economic and social rehabilitation of poor communities in urban and rural areas,Special objective:Better quality of life of the community living in problem areas. The project results from the LPR of Pasym commune, will contribute to deepening the social integration of residents and to bringing the degraded area out of the crisis state, its comprehensive physical, economic and spatial revitalisation. The project promotes social inclusion, the fight against poverty and all discrimination. Rebuilt from a modernised building, as well as a revitalised area around the building, it will enable social activation and integration of people living in degraded areas, including people with disabilities. This will help to improve their quality of life (health and community). The implementation of the project includes, inter alia, the following stages: technical doc., faculty study, construction works and equipment of the facility, technical supervision, project promotion. The whole range of investments will be implemented by the beneficiary, i.e. The municipality of Pasym, in a separate team for this purpose in UMiG. Le projet est la reconstruction et la modernisation du bâtiment après l’ancien cinéma de Pasymi en vue de la création d’un Centre d’Activation Sociale, dans lequel sera basé le KIS. Localisation du projet: Ville de Pasym, 8 rue Dworcowa, décédée 251/2 dans Pasym 4. Portée du projet: travaux de démolition, travaux de construction, équipements d’installation. Des informations détaillées sur le champ d’application matériel et les solutions adoptées figurent au chapitre. 2.1.2.1 cf. au point 6.1 de la proposition et dans l’extrait du document technique annexé à la proposition. Le projet s’inscrit dans l’annexe. SZOOP RPOWiM 2014-2020,Axe prioritaire 8 Domaines de revitalisation, Objectif thématique 9 Promouvoir l’inclusion sociale, lutter contre la pauvreté et toute discrimination, Investissement Prio. 9b — soutenir la régénération physique, économique et sociale des communautés pauvres dans les zones urbaines et rurales, Objectif szczegółowy:lepsza qualité de vie des communautés vivant dans les zones à problèmes. Le projet est basé sur la LPR de la municipalité de Pasym, contribuera à l’approfondissement de l’intégration sociale des habitants et à sortir de la zone dégradée de la crise, sa régénération physique, économique et spatiale complète. Le projet promeut l’inclusion sociale, la lutte contre la pauvreté et toute discrimination. Le bâtiment rénové, ainsi que la zone revitalisée autour du bâtiment, permettront l’activation sociale et l’intégration des personnes vivant dans des zones dégradées, y compris les personnes handicapées. Cela contribuera à améliorer leur qualité de vie (santé et sociale). La mise en œuvre du projet comporte, entre autres, les étapes suivantes: doc. technique, étude des études, travaux de construction et équipements de l’installation, supervision de techn., promotion du projet. Toute la portée de l’investissement sera mise en œuvre par le bénéficiaire, c’est-à-dire Municipalité de Pasym, dans une équipe distincte à cette fin à umig. L’équipe isolée des employés umig Pasym a une grande qualité et une expérience dans realiza.mise en œuvre depuis des années. 2007-2013, comme indiqué au point 2.3.1 du SW. (French)
