Zakres przedmiotowy przedsięwzięcia będzie realizowany jednoetapowo. Rozpoczęcie projektu (z uwagi na efekt zachęty) zaplanowano na 01.06.2016 r. a zakończenie na 31.12.2016 r. Do zrealizowania celów projektu potrzebujemy jedynie nabyć dwie zaawansowane technologicznie maszyny. Będą to 5-cio osiowe centrum obróbcze CNC (szt.1) oraz wykrawarka abrazyjno-wodna (szt. 1). Są to jedne z najnowocześniejszych i bardzo precyzyjnych maszyn CNC na świecie. Zdecydowaliśmy się zakupić najnowsze maszyny dostępne na rynku po to, abyśmy mogli sprostać oczekiwaniom naszych partnerów handlowych: z Niemiec, Szwecji i Norwegii, wprowadzić nową technologię produkcji, a także dlatego, aby o kilka lat wyprzedzić konkurencję jeżeli chodzi park maszynowy. Wszystko to będzie możliwe dzięki wsparciu UE, wsparciu z WRPO.Niezbędnym uzupełnieniem projektu będzie również nabycie wartości niematerialnych i prawnych związanych z nabyciem systemu do zarządzania produkcją ERP (szt. 1) oraz promocja projektu zgodna z wymogami WRPO.Planowanymi efektami rzeczowymi (produktami) uzyskanymi w wyniku realizacji projektu będą:- liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie (szt. 1),- liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje (szt. 1),- inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) (PLN 3.168.975,00),- inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne w projekty w zakresie innowacji lub badań i rozwoju (PLN 3.168.975,00),- liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku (nie dotyczy),- liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy (szt. 1),- liczba zakupionych środków trwałych (szt. 2),- liczba nabytych wartości niematerialnych i prawnych (szt. 1). The scope of the project will be implemented in one step. The launch of the project (due to the incentive effect) is scheduled for 01.06.2016 and completion in 31.12.2016. We decided to buy the latest machines available on the market so that we can meet the expectations of our trading partners: from Germany, Sweden and Norway, introduce a new production technology and therefore, to overtake competition by a few years when it comes to machinery parks. La portée matérielle du projet sera mise en œuvre en une seule étape. Le lancement du projet (en raison de l’effet incitatif) est prévu pour le 01.06.2016 et son achèvement le 31.12.2016. Pour atteindre les objectifs du projet, il suffit d’acquérir deux machines technologiquement avancées. Il s’agira d’un centre d’usinage CNC à 5 axes (pièce 1) et d’une machine de poinçonnage à l’eau abrasive (pcs. 1). Elles sont l’une des machines CNC les plus modernes et les plus précises au monde. Nous avons décidé d’acheter les dernières machines disponibles sur le marché afin de répondre aux attentes de nos partenaires commerciaux: de l’Allemagne, de la Suède et de la Norvège, introduire une nouvelle technologie de production et donc dépasser la concurrence dans les machines de quelques années. Tout cela sera possible grâce au soutien de l’UE, le soutien du WRPO.L’acquisition d’actifs incorporels associés à l’acquisition du système de gestion de la production REE sera également un complément nécessaire au projet. 1) et la promotion du projet conformément aux exigences du WRPO.Les effets matériels prévus (produits) obtenus à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet seront:- nombre d’entreprises bénéficiant d’un soutien (pcs. 1),- nombre d’entreprises recevant des subventions (pcs. 1),- l’investissement privé complétant le soutien public aux entreprises (subventions) (PLN 3.168.975,00),- l’investissement privé complétant le soutien public aux projets d’innovation ou de R & D (PLN 3.168.975,00),- le nombre d’entreprises soutenues pour introduire des produits nouveaux sur le marché (sans objet),- le nombre d’entreprises soutenues pour introduire de nouveaux produits pour l’entreprise (unité: 1),- nombre d’immobilisations achetées (pcs. 2),- nombre d’immobilisations incorporelles acquises (p. 1).
