Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie dotyczy stworzenia ścieżek dydaktycznych łączących obiekty dziedzictwa kulturowego i przyrodniczego Elbląga w spójną całość tematyczną i przestrzenną. Projekt, polegający na zagospodarowaniu przestrzeni na cele turystyczno-rekreacyjne, zakłada: 1. utworzenie (wyznaczenie i oznakowanie) trzech ścieżek dydaktycznych wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą towarzyszącą (ławki, śmietniki, oświetlenie), dotyczących: • zabytków Starego Miasta • parków • form przestrzennych na podstawie koncepcji, opracowań merytorycznych oraz niezbędnej dokumentacji technicznej 2. utworzenie specjalnej aplikacji multimedialnej na ich temat. Łączna długość planowanych ścieżek to 16 km, a liczba obiektów które zostaną oznakowane - 69. Działania te przyczynią się do zwiększenia dostępności do dziedzictwa kulturowego i naturalnego Elbląga nie tylko dzięki oznakowaniu i opisaniu miejsc i obiektów, ale również dzięki połączeniu ich w jednolitą całość, co pozwoli użytkownikom na zdobycie wiedzy o poszczególnych elementach dziedzictwa i na poznanie wielu z nich w uporządkowany i spójny sposób. Układ i położenie tras będą natomiast zachęcały użytkowników nie tylko do aktywnego wypoczynku, ale i do wybierania ekologicznych form transportu. Projekt obejmuje również konserwację siedmiu wybranych form przestrzennych, leżących na trasie ścieżki dydaktycznej. Przywrócenie ich do dobrego stanu pozwoli na pełne i pozytywne odczytanie ich znaczenia przez odbiorców. Zapewni też ochronę rzeźb jako ważnych składników dziedzictwa kulturowego miasta. W ramach zadań w projekcie przewidziano również promocję w postaci: plakatów informacyjnych, filmu reklamowego oraz sponsorowanych postów w mediach społecznościowych. Poprzez utworzenie ścieżek dydaktycznych Beneficjent realizuje cel szczegółowy Poddziałania 6.2.3 RPOWiM Efektywne wykorzystanie zasobów: Utrzymanie przewagi konkurencyjnej Warmii i Mazur nad innymi regionami w oparciu o zasoby dziedzictwa naturalnego. This project concerns the creation of educational paths linking the objects of the cultural and natural heritage of Elbląg into a coherent thematic and spatial whole. The project, consisting of the development of space for tourism and recreational purposes, assumes: 1. the establishment (designation and marking) of three teaching paths, together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure (battles, dumpsters, lighting) concerning: • Old Town monuments • parks • spatial forms based on concepts, substantive studies and necessary technical documentation 2. creation of a special multimedia application about them. The total length of the planned paths is 16 km and the number of objects to be marked is 69. These activities will help to increase accessibility to the cultural and natural heritage of Elbląg not only by marking and describing sites and sites, but also by combining them into a united unit, enabling users to gain knowledge of the various elements of the heritage and to get to know many of them in an orderly and coherent way. On the other hand, the layout and location of the routes will encourage users not only to have active recreation, but also to choose ecological modes of transport. The project also includes the maintenance of seven selected spatial forms along the path of the teaching path. Restoring them to good condition will allow for a full and positive reading of their meaning by the recipients. It will also protect sculptures as important components of the city’s cultural heritage. As part of the project’s tasks, the project also provides for promotion in the form of: information posters, advertising film and sponsored social media posts. Through the establishment of teaching paths, the beneficiary pursues the specific objective of Sub-measure 6.2.3 RPI Efficient use of resources: Maintaining the competitive advantage of Warmia and Mazury over other regions based on natural heritage resources. Ce projet concerne la création de parcours pédagogiques reliant les sites du patrimoine culturel et naturel d’Elbląg à un ensemble thématique et spatial cohérent. Le projet, qui consiste à développer des espaces à des fins touristiques et récréatives, suppose: 1. création (désignation et marquage) de trois parcours pédagogiques ainsi que des infrastructures nécessaires (graves, bennes, éclairage) concernant: • monuments de la vieille ville • parcs • formes spatiales basées sur des concepts, des études de fond et la documentation technique nécessaire 2. création d’une application multimédia spéciale à leur sujet. La longueur totale des sentiers prévus est de 16 km et le nombre d’objets à marquer — 69. Ces activités contribueront à rendre le patrimoine culturel et naturel d’Elbląg plus accessible non seulement par l’étiquetage et la description des sites et des objets, mais aussi en les combinant en un tout unique, permettant aux utilisateurs d’apprendre les différents éléments du patrimoine et d’en connaître un grand nombre de manière ordonnée et cohérente. D’autre part, l’aménagement et l’emplacement des itinéraires encourageront les usagers non seulement à se détendre activement, mais aussi à choisir des modes de transport verts. Le projet comprend également le maintien de sept formes spatiales sélectionnées le long du parcours éducatif. Les remettre en bon état permettra au public de comprendre pleinement et positivement leur signification. Elle protégera également les sculptures en tant qu’éléments importants du patrimoine culturel de la ville. Dans le cadre de ces tâches, le projet prévoit également une promotion sous la forme: affiches d’information, films publicitaires et publications sponsorisées sur les réseaux sociaux. En créant des parcours pédagogiques, le bénéficiaire met en œuvre l’objectif spécifique de la sous-mesure 6.2.3 RPOW Utilisation efficace des ressources: Maintenir l’avantage concurrentiel de Warmia et Mazury par rapport à d’autres régions en fonction des ressources patrimoniales naturelles.
