Przedmiotem projektu jest wybudowanie i wyposażenie nowoczesnego Punktu Utrzymania Taboru Spalinowego. Będzie on obsługiwał spalinowe zespoły trakcyjne dwuczłonowe w trakcji pojedynczej i podwójnej oraz spalinowe zespoły trakcyjne trójczłonowe w trakcji pojedynczej. W nowym PUT planowane jest wykonywanie przeglądów taboru na poziomie utrzymania P1 i P2. Działalność PUT będzie też obejmowała usuwanie mniejszych awarii i uszkodzeń taboru, a także wykonywanie innych czynności związanych z utrzymaniem pojazdów, w tym: 1. Mycie zewnętrzne w myjni stacjonarnej:2. Sprzątanie wnętrza pojazdu.3. Oczyszczanie i uzdatnianie wody w obiegu zamkniętym używanej do mycia; neutralizowanie środków chemicznych używanych do mycia.4. Obrządzanie pojazdów:5. Postój pojazdów z możliwością podłączenia do sieci energetycznych.Zakres projektu obejmuje utworzenie infrastruktury niezbędnej do wykonywania przedstawionych powyżej czynności. Na infrastrukturę tą składają się:a) hala przeglądów – dwutorowa, czterostanowiskowa; o długości 108 m i szerokości 16 m,b) hala postojowa – czterotorowa, ośmiostanowiskowa; o długości 96 m i szerokości 20 m,c) instalacje technologiczne wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne,d) punkt tankowania pojazdów (stacja paliw),e) infrastruktura torowa,f) infrastruktura drogowa,g) instalacje zewnętrzne uzbrojenia terenu,h) przyłączenia do sieci:• elektrycznej,• teletechnicznej,• wodociągowej,• kanalizacyjnej.W ramach projektu zostanie także nabyte i zainstalowane wyposażenie i oprogramowanie niezbędne do prawidłowego funkcjonowania wymienionych wyżej obiektów infrastrukturalnych.Projekt obejmuje także zapewnienie bezpiecznego dojazdu na teren nowotworzonego PUT poprzez przebudowę przejazdu kolejowo-drogowego na ul. Leśnej w Wągrowcu.Realizacja projektu będzie skutkowała osiągnięciem następujących wskaźników produktu:• Liczba wybudowanej, rozbudowanej, modernizowanej infrastruktury do obsługi i serwisowania taboru: 1,• Liczba wybudowanych Punktów Utrzymania Taboru Spalinowego: 1. The object of the project is the construction and equipment of the modern Maintenance Point of the Fuel Stock. It will operate two-member exhaust traction units in single and double traction, as well as single-traction combustion units. The new PUT plans to perform rolling stock maintenance reviews at the maintenance level P1 and P2. PUT activities will also include removing minor accidents and damage to rolling stock, as well as performing other maintenance activities, including: 1. Outdoor washing in the stationary car wash:2. Cleaning the interior of the vehicle.3. Cleaning and treatment of closed-circuit water used for washing; neutralising chemicals used for washing.4. Vehicle management:5. Parking of vehicles with the possibility of connecting to the power grid.The scope of the project includes the creation of the infrastructure necessary to carry out the activities described above. The infrastructure consists of:(a) a service hall – two-track, four-storey; with a length of 108 m and a width of 16 m, (b) a parking hall – four-track, eight-storey; with a length of 96 m and a width of 20 m,c) internal and external technological installations,d) vehicle refuelling point (fuel station),e) track infrastructure,f) road infrastructure,g) external installations of the land armament,h) connection to the network:•electric,• teletechnical,• water supply,• sewage infrastructure.As part of the project, the project will also acquire and installed equipment and software necessary for the proper functioning of the above-mentioned infrastructure facilities. Implementation of the project will result in the achievement of the following product indicators:• Number of built, extended, modernised infrastructure for servicing and servicing rolling stock: 1,• Number of built Maintenance Points of Fuel Stock: 1.
