Projekt realizowany będzie w obszarze północno – wschodniej Polski, w woj. warm.–maz., w pow. ełckim, w gm. Ełk na terenie Nowej Wsi Ełckiej działka nr 10 ob. 31 Nowa Wieś Ełcka. Przedmiotem projektu będzie rozbudowa budynku Biblioteki by dostosować go do nowoczesnej działalności kulturalnej, w tym zakup trwałego wyposażenia. Obecnie funkcjonujący obiekt pełniący funkcję Biblioteki ze względu na powierzchnię użytkową, jaką dysponuje nie jest w stanie rozwijać swojej działalności. W ramach realizacji projektu przewidziano udostępnienie mieszkańcom Gminy Ełk wyposażonego obiekt Biblioteki, gdzie rozwija się i rozpowszechnia wiedzę o gminie i regionie, chroni dziedzictwo kulturowe regionu dla przyszłego pokolenia, w celu przekazania młodym informacji o tradycji i kulturze Warmii i Mazur. Realizacja projektu wynika z potrzeb wzmocnienia potencjału turystycznego regionu poprzez poszerzenie oferty kulturalnej Biblioteki w szczególności o działania regionotwórcze. Wzmocni to więzi lokalnej społeczności, wpłynie na zwiększenie poczucia tożsamości i identyfikowanie się ze swoim regionem. Obiekt pełnił będzie funkcje społeczno-kulturalne dla mieszkańców Gminy Ełk. Wyposażenie Biblioteki dostosowane zostanie do planowanych działań w ramach poszerzenia oferty kulturalnej. Etapy realizacji projektu: 1. Rozbudowa budynku Biblioteki (na podstawie wydanego pozwolenia na budowę): - Rozbudowa Biblioteki - Roboty budowlane - Roboty drogowe w celu umożliwienia dojazdu na teren posesji - Roboty hydrauliczne i sanitarne - Instalacja elektryczna 2. Nadzór inwestorski 3. Promocja 4. Wyposażenie Biblioteki Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM realizując cel: zachowanie i ochrona środowiska oraz promowanie efektywnego gospodarowania zasobami na terenie Gminy Ełk poprzez zachowanie, ochronę, promocję i rozwój dziedzictwa naturalnego i kulturowego. The project will be implemented in the area of north-eastern Poland, in the warm.-maz. voivodship, in the Ełcki district, in the ed. Ełk in the area of Nowa Wisie Ełcka plot no. 10. 31 New Ełcka Village. The subject of the project will be the extension of the Library building in order to adapt it to modern cultural activities, including the purchase of durable equipment. The current building, which acts as a library due to its useful space, is unable to develop its activities. As part of the project, it is planned to provide the residents of Ełk commune equipped with the Library, where knowledge about the commune and region is developed and disseminated, protects the region’s cultural heritage for the future generation, in order to inform young people about the tradition and culture of Warmia and Mazury. The implementation of the project results from the need to strengthen the tourist potential of the region by extending the cultural offer of the Library in particular to include regional activities. This will strengthen the bonds of the local community, increase the sense of identity and identify with your region. The facility will perform socio-cultural functions for residents of Ełk Municipality. The library’s equipment will be adapted to the planned activities of expanding the cultural offer. Stages of project implementation: 1. Extension of the Library building (on the basis of the building permit issued): — Expansion of the Library – Construction works – Road works to enable access to the premises – Hydraulic and sanitary robots – Electrical installation 2. Investor Supervision 3. Promotion 4. The equipment of the Project Library fits into the assumptions of SzOOP RPO WiM fulfilling the goal of: conservation and protection of the environment and promotion of resource efficiency in the municipality of Ełk through the preservation, protection, promotion and development of natural and cultural heritage.
