Przedmiotem projektu jest projektu jest głęboka, kompleksowa termomodernizacja energetyczna wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkalnych, a więc poprawa atrakcyjności osiedla w Bartoszycach, a w szczególności budynków przy ul. Poniatowskiego (12,13,14,15), i Paderewskiego (37,39,41,43,45,47,49,51). Powierzchnia użytkowa netto budynków poddawanych termomodernizacji: to 22651,00 m2 . Zgodnie z przeprowadzonymi audytami energetycznym obiektów i projektami budowlanymi dla uzyskania optymalnych dla obiektów parametrów energetycznych niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót termomodernizacyjnych: - Modernizację instalacji c.o. - Ocieplenie stropu nad piwnicą - Wykonanie centralnej instalacji c.w.u. z cyrkulacją, montażem wodomierzy. - Ocieplenie stropodachu wentylowanego - Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych - Ocieplenie stropu piwnicy. - Wymiana okien w częściach wspólnych budynku /piwnica/ - Wymiana drzwi wejściowych - Termomodernizacja wiatrołapów - Odtworzenie cokołu budynku Koszty niekwalifikowalne: - instalacja odgromowa - koszt audytu/dokumentacji projektowej Zadania te zostaną wdrożone dzięki: -Wszczęciu postępowania ofertowego -Podpisaniu umowy o dofinansowanie -Realizacja projektu -Rozliczenie projektu Cele projektu są ponadto spójne z celami horyzontalnymi wytyczonymi dla projektów tego typu w RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020. Celem szczegółowym priorytetu inwestycyjnego 4 jest „Zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków mieszkalnych oraz użyteczności publicznej”. Przedsięwzięcie stanowi więc odpowiedź na cel główny i szczegółowy priorytetu 4, w rezultacie zaplanowanej inwestycji obniżeniu ulegnie zużycie energii oraz zmniejszy się zapotrzebowanie na ciepło (energochłonność) w zabudowie mieszkaniowej. The subject of the project is a deep, comprehensive thermal modernisation of multi-family residential buildings, i.e. improving the attractiveness of the settlement in Bartoszyce, in particular the buildings at ul. Poniatowski (12,13,14,15), and Paderewski (37,39,41,43,45,47,49,51). Net usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation: that’s 22651.00 m². According to energy audits of buildings and construction projects to achieve optimal energy parameters for the objects, it is necessary to implement the following material range of thermal retrofitting works: — Modernisation of the central heating system – Warming of the ceiling above the cellar – Manufacture of central heating system with circulation, installation of water meters. — Warming of ventilated ceilings – Warming of the outer walls – Warming of the basement ceiling. — Replacement of windows in common parts of the building/cellar/- Replacement of entrance doors – Thermomodernisation of windmills – Reconstruction of the building plinth Ineligible costs: — lightning installation – cost of audit/design documentation These tasks will be implemented thanks to: —Initiation of tender procedure – Signing of a grant agreement -Project implementation -Project settlement The objectives of the project are also consistent with the horizontal objectives set for projects of this type in the WiM ROP for the years 2014-2020. The specific objective of the investment priority 4 is “Increased energy efficiency of residential and public buildings”. The project therefore responds to the main and specific objective of priority 4, as a result of the planned investment, energy consumption will decrease and the demand for heat (energy-intensity) in housing will be reduced.
