STAŻE PRAKTYCZNE NAUCZYCIELI GRUPA DOCELOWA: Projekt jest skierowany do 6 nauczycieli (4 kobiety i 2 mężczyzna; wśród nich 3K 1M to nauczyciele dyplomowani, 1K i 1M mianowany; staż pracy kobiet to: 9,12,19, 31 natomiast mężczyzny to: 25, 11) z terenu województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego zatrudnionych w Zespole Szkół Zawodowych (ZSZ) i prowadzących zajęcia z przedmiotów zawodowych w technikum. PRACTICAL TRAINEESHIPS OF TEACHERS TARGET GROUP: The project is addressed to 6 teachers (4 women and 2 men; among them 3K 1M are certified teachers, 1K and 1M appointed; women’s seniority is: 9,12,19, 31 males are: 25, 11) from the area of Warmia-Mazury Voivodship employed in the Vocational Schools Complex (ZSZ) and conducting classes in vocational subjects in the technical school. EFFECTS AND PRODUCTS: — creation of a workshop in the Vocational Schools Complex – preparation of curriculum – elaboration of traineeship programmes – introduction to the ZSZ of a new profession – Dairy Processing Technology – equipping 4 teachers with additional qualifications – equipping with practical skills 4 teachers (English)
