Projekt si klade za cíl komplexní podporu zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti lidí s duš.onemocněním na území Písecka,Strakonicka,Prachaticka,Vimperska a Sušicka za pomoci mezinárodně ověřené metody IPS. Jedná se o klienty naší organizace,kteří chtějí najít práci a získané místo si udržet. Jako podpora účastníkům proběhnou na počátku projektu vzdělávací aktivity a krátká rekvalifikace. Následně za pomoci Pracovního konzultanta a PEER konzultanta dojde k umisťování účastníků na podpořená prac.místa. (Czech)

The project aims to promote employment and employability of people with soul sickness in the territory of Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka,Vimperska and Sushicka with the help of the internationally verified IPS method. These are clients of our organisation who want to find a job and keep a job. In support of participants, educational activities and short retraining will take place at the beginning of the project. Subsequently, with the help of the Working Consultant and the PEER consultant, the participants will be placed on the supported work place. (English)

Le projet vise à soutenir l’emploi complet et l’employabilité des personnes atteintes de dysp.disease à Písecka, Strakonicka, Prachaticka, Vimperska et Sušice avec l’aide de la méthode IPS éprouvée à l’échelle internationale. Ce sont les clients de notre organisation, qui veulent trouver un emploi et obtenir un emploi à conserver. Pour soutenir les participants, des activités éducatives et un recyclage de courte durée auront lieu au début du projet. Par la suite, avec l’aide d’un consultant au travail et d’un consultant PEER, les participants seront placés sur les emplois soutenus. (French)
