Projekt "Mój zawód - moja pasja" ma na celu podniesienie zatrudnialności uczniów i uczennic Zespołu Szkół Budowlanych, wkraczających na rynek pracy po zakończeniu szkoły. W ramach projektu, wyłonieni w trakcie rekrutacji uczniowie i uczennice, po ocenie ich bieżących kompetencji, kwalifikacji i umiejętności zawodowych, skierowani zostaną do odbycia wybranych kursów, a następnie odbędą płatny staż zawodowy u pracodawcy. Wsparcie udzielone podczas projektu ma być uzupełnieniem realizowanej w szkole ścieżki kształcenia. Projekt skierowany jest do uczniów i uczennic technikum ZSB uczących się na kierunkach budowlanym, informatycznym i spedycyjnym. Są to kierunki kształcenia wysoce istotne dla województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego. Absolwenci tych kierunków, o ile posiadają pożądane przez pracodawców kwalifikacje znajdują bez problemu zatrudnienie. Szkoła ZSB nawiązała współpracę z pracodawcami lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy, w celu opracowania założeń niniejszego projektu. Działania zaplanowane w projekcie mają zaspokoić potrzeby pracodawców na dobrze wyszkolonych i wstępnie przygotowanych do pracy stażystów, a w przyszłości pracowników. Osiągnięcie założonych w projekcie wskaźników dotyczących uzyskania przez uczniów nowych kompetencji i kwalifikacji pożądanych na rynku pracy zrealizowane zostanie poprzez 2 zadania. Obejmują one przede wszystkim przeprowadzenie kursów zawodowych oraz staże u przedsiębiorców. Wsparciem w ramach projektu objęty zostanie jeden beneficjent instytucjonalny, czyli szkoła ZSB oraz 136 (40K, 96M) beneficjentów indywidualnych, jakimi są uczniowie i uczennice szkoły ZSB. (Polish)

The project “My profession – my passion” aims to increase the employability of students and students of the Building School Team entering the labour market after graduation. As part of the project, pupils and pupils selected during the recruitment process, after assessing their current competences, qualifications and professional skills, will be assigned to the selected courses, and then will have a paid professional internship with the employer. The support provided during the project is intended to complement the educational path implemented in the school. The project is addressed to students and students of the ZSB Technical School, who are learning in construction, IT and forwarding courses. These courses are highly relevant for Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship. Graduates of these courses, if they have the qualifications desired by employers, find employment without problems. The ZSB School cooperated with employers of the local and regional labour market in order to develop the objectives of this project. The actions planned in the project are intended to meet the needs of employers with well-trained and pre-trained trainees, and in the future employees. The achievement of the indicators set out in the draft for pupils’ acquisition of new skills and qualifications desired on the labour market will be achieved through 2 tasks. These include, above all, professional courses and internships with entrepreneurs. Le projet «Ma profession — ma passion» vise à accroître l’employabilité des étudiants et des étudiants du Complexe scolaire de la construction, entrant sur le marché du travail après l’école. Dans le cadre du projet, les étudiants sélectionnés au cours du processus de recrutement, après évaluation de leurs compétences, qualifications et compétences professionnelles actuelles, seront dirigés vers les cours sélectionnés, suivis d’un stage professionnel rémunéré auprès de l’employeur. Le soutien apporté au cours du projet est destiné à compléter le parcours éducatif de l’école. Le projet s’adresse aux étudiants et aux étudiants du technicien ZSB qui apprennent dans la construction, l’informatique et les directions de transmission. Ce sont des cours très pertinents pour la voïvodie de Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Les diplômés de ces disciplines, s’ils possèdent les qualifications souhaitées par les employeurs, sont facilement employés. L’École ZSB a établi une coopération avec les employeurs du marché du travail local et régional afin de développer les objectifs de ce projet. Les activités prévues dans le projet visent à répondre aux besoins des employeurs de stagiaires bien formés et préparés et, à l’avenir, d’employés. La réalisation des indicateurs définis dans le projet pour permettre aux étudiants d’acquérir les nouvelles compétences et qualifications souhaitées sur le marché du travail sera réalisée au moyen de deux tâches. Il s’agit notamment de cours professionnels et de stages auprès d’entrepreneurs.
