Celem projektu jest nabycie kompetencji pracowniczych u 24 uczniów/nic (12K,12M) z kierunku T.logistyk,T.ekonomista i T.mechanik z Powiatowego Centrum Edukacyjnego w Kętrzynie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych w wyniku ukończenia kursów zawodowych i szkoleń interpersonalnych oraz odbycia staży u pracodawców w okresie IX.2018-IX.2019. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację następujących działań/zadań: współpracę z 8 pracodawcami, Kursy zawodowe (Kurs hydrografiki, logistyk-spedytor, Excel-Solver, ECDL, AutoCad, spawanie metodą TIG/MAG, obsługa klienta i technik sprzedaży, prawo jazdy kat.B), szkolenia umiejętności pracowniczych (radzenie sobie ze stresem, trening asertywności) oraz kurs przygotowujący do egzaminu potwierdzającego poziom kompetencji z j.angielskiego (Egzamin TOEIC). Zdobyta wiedza zostanie zastosowana w praktyce w ramach stażu u pracodawców. Projekt jest skierowany do 24uczniów/nic z Powiatowego Centrum Edukacyjnego w Kętrzynie T.logistyk, T.ekonomista i T.mechanik. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie oraz potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawców. The aim of the project is to acquire employee competences from 24 pupils/nothing (12K,12M) from T.logistics,T. economist and T.mechanik from the District Education Centre in Ketrzyn by obtaining qualifications and practical skills as a result of completion of vocational courses and interpersonal training and traineeships with employers in the period IX.2018-IX.2019. The objective will be achieved through the following actions/tasks: cooperation with 8 employers, Vocational Courses (watergraphics course, logistics forwarder, Excel-Solver, ECDL, AutoCad, TIG/MAG welding method, customer service and sales techniques, Cat.B driving license), training of employee skills (comforting with stress, training of assertiveness) and a course preparing for the exam confirming the level of competence with English (Egzamin TOEIC). The knowledge gained will be applied in practice as part of an internship with employers. The project is addressed to 24 students/nothing from the District Education Centre in Kętrzyn T.logistyk, T. economist and T.mechanik. The implementation of the project is intended to increase the employability of project participants by acquiring and confirming qualifications and practical skills and applying them in practice with Employers. L’objectif du projet est d’acquérir des compétences salariées auprès de 24 étudiants (12K,12M) sous la direction de T.logistyk, T. économiste et T.mechanik du centre d’éducation de district de Kętrzyn en acquérant des qualifications et des compétences pratiques grâce à l’achèvement de cours de formation professionnelle et interpersonnelle et à la réalisation de stages auprès des employeurs au cours de la période IX.2018-IX.2019. L’objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre des actions/tâches suivantes: coopération avec 8 employeurs, cours professionnels (cours hispographique, transitaire logistique, Excel-Solver, ECDL, AutoCad, soudage TIG/MAG, techniques de service à la clientèle et de vente, permis de conduire cat.B), formation aux compétences des employés (couleur avec stress, formation à l’affirmation de l’assurance) et un cours de préparation à un examen confirmant le niveau de compétence de l’anglais (examen TOEIC). Les connaissances acquises seront appliquées dans la pratique dans le cadre d’un stage auprès des employeurs. Le projet s’adresse à 24 étudiants/riens du Centre d’éducation de district de Kętrzyn T.logistyk, T. économiste et T.mechanik. La mise en œuvre du projet vise à accroître l’employabilité des participants au projet en acquérant et en confirmant les qualifications et les compétences pratiques et en les appliquant dans la pratique aux employeurs.
