Inwestycja objęta niniejszym projektem polega na zakupie i montażu elektrowni fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,78 kW, w miejscowości Mrągowo, na gruncie przy ul. Młodkowskiego 40 na działce nr 125/2. Projekt wpisuje się w typ projektu wymieniony w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 dla działania 4.1 - instalacji wykorzystujących energię słońca (np. kolektory słoneczne, fotowoltaika) - do 2 MWe/MWth. Instalacja zgodnie z możliwością opisaną w SzOOP będzie służyła potrzebom własnym przedsiębiorstwa i będzie podłączona do sieci, jednakże ze względu na moc instalacji (do 40 kW) zgodnie z art. 5 ustawy o odnawialnych źródłach energii (Dz.U. 2015 poz. 478) oraz Art. 7 ust. 8d ze znaczkiem 4-9 ustawy – Prawo energetyczne (Dz.U. Dz.U. 1997 nr 54 poz. 348) będzie ona dokonywana na podstawie zgłoszenia bez konieczności posiadania przez beneficjenta ważnych technicznych warunków przyłączenia wszystkich ujętych w projekcie źródeł wytwarzania energii do sieci elektroenergetycznej. Wnioskodawca posiada obecnie przyłącze gdzie moc umowna wynosi 270 kW. Projekt spełnia wszystkie warunki brzegowe określone w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. Inwestycja polega na montażu 131 sztuk paneli polikrystalicznych o mocy 300 W oraz 2 sztuk paneli polikrystalicznych o mocy 240 W o łącznej mocy 39,78 kW połączonych w samodzielne układy wraz z falownikami, z niezbędnym okablowaniem i osprzętem. Panele fotowoltaiczne wykorzystują zjawisko fotowoltaiczne do przetwarzania promieniowania słonecznego na energię elektryczną. Za pomocą połączeń kablowych przekazują one energię do falowników, gdzie następuje zmiana prądu stałego w prąd zmienny. Elektrownia będzie podłączona do sieci, natomiast nie będzie potrzeby instalowania akumulatorów oraz regulatorów ładowania, ponieważ sieć jest w stanie przyjąć całą energię wyprodukowaną przez system fotowoltaiczny. Wyprodukowana energia elektryczna będzie wykorzystywana bezpośrednio na potrzeby własne a ewentualna nadwyżka będzie wprowadzona do sieci. (Polish)

The investment covered by this project consists of the purchase and assembly of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 39.78 kW, in the town of Mrągowo, on the ground at ul. Młodkowskiego 40 on plot No. 125/2. The project fits into the type of project mentioned in the SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 for action 4.1 – solar energy installations (e.g. solar collectors, photovoltaics) – up to 2 MWe/MWth. The installation according to the possibility described in the SzOOP will serve the company’s own needs and will be connected to the network, however due to the capacity of the installation (up to 40 kW) in accordance with Article 5 of the Renewable Energy Sources Act (Journal of Laws 2015 item. 478) and Article 7. 8d with stamp 4-9 of the Act – Energy Law (Journal of Laws, Journal of Laws 1997 No. 54, item. 348) it will be made on the basis of a notification without the beneficiary having to have important technical conditions for connecting all energy generation sources included in the project to the electricity grid. The applicant now has a connection with a contractual capacity of 270 kW. The project meets all the shore conditions specified in the SHOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020. The investment consists of the assembly of 131 units of polycrystalline panels with a capacity of 300 W and 2 units of 240 W polycrystalline panels with a total power of 39.78 kW connected to independent circuits with inverters, with the necessary wiring and fittings. Photovoltaic panels use the photovoltaic phenomenon to convert solar radiation into electricity. By means of cable connections, they transmit energy to inverters, where the direct current changes to alternating current. The power plant will be connected to the grid, but there will be no need to install batteries and charge regulators, as the network is able to absorb all the energy produced by the photovoltaic system. The electricity produced will be used directly for own use and any surplus will be introduced into the grid. (English)

L’investissement couvert par ce projet consiste en l’achat et l’installation d’une centrale photovoltaïque de 39,78 kW à Mrągowo, sur le terrain à ul. Młodkowskiego 40 sur la parcelle 125/2. Le projet s’inscrit dans le type de projet figurant dans la norme SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 pour la mesure 4.1 — installations d’énergie solaire (par exemple, capteurs solaires, photovoltaïques) — jusqu’à 2 MWe/MWth. L’installation selon la possibilité décrite dans SzOOP répondra aux besoins propres de l’entreprise et sera raccordée au réseau, cependant, en raison de la capacité de l’installation (jusqu’à 40 kW) conformément à l’article 5 de la loi sur les sources d’énergie renouvelables (Journal officiel 2015, point. 478) et article 7, point a) 8d avec le cachet 4-9 de la loi sur l’énergie (Journal officiel 1997, no 54, point. 348) elle sera effectuée sur la base de la notification, sans qu’il soit nécessaire que le bénéficiaire dispose de conditions techniques valables pour connecter toutes les sources de production d’énergie incluses dans le projet au réseau électrique. La requérante a actuellement un lien avec une capacité contractuelle de 270 kW. Le projet répond à toutes les conditions limites fixées dans le SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020. L’investissement consiste à assembler 131 panneaux polycristallins d’une puissance de 300 W et 2 pièces de panneaux polycristallins 240 W d’une puissance totale de 39,78 kW reliés à des systèmes autonomes avec onduleurs, avec le câblage et les accessoires nécessaires. Les panneaux photovoltaïques utilisent le phénomène photovoltaïque pour convertir le rayonnement solaire en électricité. Au moyen de connexions par câble, ils transmettent de l’énergie aux onduleurs, où il y a un changement de courant continu en courant alternatif. La centrale électrique sera raccordée au réseau, mais il n’y aura pas besoin d’installer des batteries et des régulateurs de charge, car le réseau est capable d’absorber toute l’énergie produite par le système photovoltaïque. L’électricité produite sera utilisée directement pour son propre usage et tout excédent sera injecté dans le réseau. (French)
