Projekt realizowany w mieście Ełk, na obszarze „Śródmieście-centrum” – wyznaczonym do rewitalizacji w ramach ZIT. Projekt został uwzględniony w Programie Rewitalizacji Ełku na lata 2016-2023 , jako projekt podstawowy nr 46 Renowacja zabytkowego budynku kościoła oraz otoczenia. Miejsce realizacji inwestycji objęte jest Miejskim Planem Zagospodarowania Przestrzennego, zwanego ‘EŁK-ŚRÓDMIEŚCIE”. Przedmiotowa inwestycja będzie zlokalizowana na działkach nr: 388, 380, 373/3, 373/49, których właścicielem jest Zbór Kościoła Chrześcijan Baptystów w Ełku oraz Gmina Miasto Ełk (dla działki nr 388, na której użytkowanie Wnioskodawca posiada zgodę). Projekt zakłada zrealizowanie następujących zadań inwestycyjnych: 1. Adaptacja i modernizacja budynku zborowego na Chrześcijańskie Centrum Wsparcia Rodziny wraz z montażem windy oraz zakupem niezbędnego wyposażenia, wpływającego na unowocześnienie obiektu, 2. Renowacja elewacji zabytkowego budynku kościoła (prace konserwatorsko-remontowe elewacji ceglanej kościoła wpisanego do rejestru zabytków), 3. Wymiana ogrodzenia posesji, 4. Utworzenie placu zabaw, 5. Wykonanie iluminacji kościoła. Projekt posiada pozwolenie na budowę, opr. dok. tech., wymagane dok. środowiskowe. Realizacja projektu V.2017-V.2019 r. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM, Działanie 8.3 Rewitalizacja miejskiego obszaru funkcjonalnego Ełku – ZIT bis. Działania ujęte w projekcie odpowiadają dwóm typom projektów przewidzianych do wsparcia. Projekt realizuje cel szczegółowy z SzOOP dla działania 8.3: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Projekt komplementarny do proj. społ. Razem przeciw wykluczeniu społecznemu (schemat A) (projekt pdst. nr 15, złożony do dofinans. w ramach EFS). Projekt uwzględnia limity i ograniczenia w realizacji projektów. (Polish)

The project is implemented in the city of Ełk, in the area “Śródmieście-centrum” – designated for revitalisation as part of the ZIT. The project was included in the Elk Regeneration Programme for the years 2016-2023, as basic project No. 46 Renovation of the historic church building and surroundings. The location of the investment is covered by the Urban Spatial Development Plan, called ‘Ełk-Śródmieście’. This investment will be located on plots no.: 388, 380, 373/3, 373/49, owned by the Church of Baptist Christians in Elk and the Municipality of the City of Elk (for plot no.388, on which the Applicant has the consent). The project assumes the following investment tasks: 1. Adaptation and modernisation of the Congregation Building for the Christian Family Support Centre with the installation of the elevator and the purchase of the necessary equipment, affecting the modernisation of the facility, 2. Renovation of the facade of the historic church building (conservation and renovation works of the brick facade of the church inscribed in the register of monuments), 3. Replacement of the property fence, 4. Creating a playground, 5. The illumination of the church. The project has a construction permit, c. tech., required to doc. environmental. Implementation of the V.2017-V.2019 project. The project fits into the assumptions of SzOOP RPO WiM, Measure 8.3 Revitalisation of the urban functional area of Ełku – ZIT bis. The actions included in the project correspond to two types of projects to be supported. The project pursues the specific objective of the Shoop for Action 8.3: Better quality of life for communities living in problem areas. A project complementary to the project. Together against social exclusion (Schemate A) (project pdst. No 15, submitted to funding under the ESF). The project shall include limits and limitations in the implementation of projects. (English)

Projet mis en œuvre dans la ville d’Ełk, dans la zone «Centre central» — désignée pour la régénération dans le cadre de l’ITI. Le projet a été inclus dans le programme de revitalisation d’Ełk pour 2016-2023, en tant que projet de base no 46 Rénovation du bâtiment historique de l’église et de ses environs. Le lieu de mise en œuvre de l’investissement est couvert par le plan de développement de l’espace urbain, appelé «Ełk-ŚRÓDMIEŚIE». L’investissement sera situé sur les parcelles No: 388, 380, 373/3, 373/49, propriété de l’Église des chrétiens baptistes d’Elk et de la municipalité de la ville d’Elk (pour le terrain no 388, pour lequel la requérante est autorisée à utiliser). Le projet assume les tâches d’investissement suivantes: 1. Adaptation et modernisation du bâtiment de l’église du Centre de soutien familial chrétien, ainsi que l’installation de l’ascenseur et l’achat de l’équipement nécessaire, ce qui influence la modernisation du bâtiment, 2. Rénovation de la façade de l’édifice historique de l’église (conservation et travaux de rénovation de l’élévation de la brique de l’église inscrite au registre des monuments), 3. Remplacement des clôtures immobilières, 4. Création d’une aire de jeux, 5. Faire l’illumination de l’église. Le projet dispose d’un permis de construire, c’est-à-dire doc. tech., nécessaire doc. environnemental. Mise en œuvre du projet V.2017-V.2019. Le projet est conforme aux hypothèses du SzOOP ROP WiM, action 8.3 Revitalisation de la zone fonctionnelle urbaine d’Elk — ZIT bis. Les activités couvertes par le projet correspondent aux deux types de projets à soutenir. Le projet poursuit un objectif spécifique avec le SzOOP pour l’action 8.3: Amélioration de la qualité de vie des communautés vivant dans des zones à problèmes. Projet complémentaire au projet. Ensemble contre l’exclusion sociale (régime A) (projet PDST. 15, soumis au cofinancement du FSE). Le projet tient compte des limites et des limites de la mise en œuvre des projets. (French)
