Předmětem projektu je rozšíření stávajících programů a nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti o motivační, poradenské a vzdělávací aktivity a podpora zaměstnávání klientů se zdravotním postižením a dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných z JmK. Toto pojetí aktivit projektu slouží k maximálnímu posouzení potenciálu klienta a vede k efektivní volbě jeho dalšího uplatnění.Cílem projektu je především získání zaměstnání pro klienty prostřednictvím komplexního servisu aktivit projektu. The project aims to extend existing programmes and instruments of active employment policy to include motivational, advisory and educational activities and support the employment of clients with disabilities and long-term unemployed from JmK. This concept of project activities serves for maximum assessment of the client’s potential and leads to an effective choice of his/her further application.The aim of the project is to obtain employment for clients through comprehensive service of project activities. Le projet a pour objet l’extension des programmes et des instruments existants de politique active de l’emploi avec des activités de motivation, de conseil et d’éducation et un soutien à l’emploi des clients handicapés et des chômeurs de longue durée de JMK. Ce concept d’activités de projet permet de maximiser le potentiel du client et permet de choisir efficacement sa nouvelle application. L’objectif du projet est principalement d’obtenir de l’emploi pour les clients grâce à un service complet des activités du projet. (French)
