Фирма ДиУеър ЕООД е основана на 10.11.1989 г. и има офиси в София, Пловдив, Бургас, Варна, Габрово и Враца. Основната дейност на фирмата е свързана с разработването, внедряването и поддържата на информационни системи. Наред с това за успешното внедряване на разработените системи фирмата поддържа учебен център с пет зали – две в София и по една в Пловдив, Бургас и Варна.Целта е разработването, въвеждането и използването на информационна система за управление на бизнес процесите с оглед постигането на максимална ефективност и ефикасност на дейностите в организацията и гарантиране на качественото и надеждността на предлаганите услуги, като основно ще се цели подобряване представянето на фирмата на международните пазари.Предвиденото разработване и въвеждане на информационната система ще е специфично за компанията и преминава също през точно определени стъпки фиксирани в план-програми.Дейността в проекта е насочена именно към реализация на целта и развитие на предприятието чрез насърчаване използването на информационни и комуникационни технологии и услугиЦялата тази дейност е организирана основно под формата на задачи, които се спускат за изпълнение със срок, отговорник и очакван резултат. С оглед постепенното нарастване на обема на работата и свързаното с това увеличаване на ангажираните служители, все повече трудности са констатирани в процеса по управление на фирмата, разпределението на задачи, следене за тяхното коректно изпълнение, осъществяването на обратна комуникация с клиентите и коректното спазване на заложените процеси. Поради тази причина в рамките на настоящия проект ще бъде внедрена информационна система за управление на бизнес процесите. Проектът ще се изпълнява в офиса на дружеството в гр. Враца, където на сървър, осигурен от фирмата ще бъде качена посочената информационна система с оглед желанието на фирмата да развие своя бизнес в най-слабия район за планиране. (Bulgarian)
