Настоящото проектно предложение се основава изцяло на препоръките от извършения енергиен одит в „Дебулко“ ООД, изготвен за целите на процедурата.Проектът цели повишаване на енергийната ефективност и модернизиране на производственото оборудване на предприятието, водещи до разширяване на капацитета на съществуващия стопански обект на предприятието в с.Мусачево и повишаване конкурентоспособността на „Дебулко“ ООД. Той е насочен към реализиране на една от основните цели в дългосрочната стратегия за развитие на предприятието, насочена към повишаване на количеството и качеството на произвежданата продукция чрез модернизиране на оборудването, използвано за механична обработка, и намаляване на вложената енергия.Необходимостта от реализирането на проекта е продиктувана от стремежа на предприятието да подобри енергийната ефективност и автоматизира процеса на производство, с което да гарантира своето устойчиво развитие в бъдеще. С изпълнението на проекта ще се увеличи капацитета на съществуващия стопански обект в с. Мусачево за производство на детайли от тръби.Проектът предвижда дейност за придобиване и въвеждане в експлоатация на ДМА- нова лазерна машина за рязане на тръби, включена в мерките в доклад от извършен Енергиен одит. Новото оборудване ще увеличи количеството на общата произвежданата продукция годишно - тръбни изделия от средно 192 700 kg/год. на 460 000 kg/год.при реализиране на енергийни спестявания. В резултат на изпълнението на проекта се очакват следните ефекти за предприятието: -придобиване и въвеждане в експлоатация на нов ДМА- лазерна машина за рязане на тръби; -разширяване на капацитета на предприятието за производство на детайли от тръби;-повишаване на енергийна ефективност- реализиране на енергийни спестявания;-подобрена конкурентоспособност на предприятието;-подобрено управление на енергийните ресурси чрез внедрен EN ISO 50001;-по-високо ниво на рециклиране на бракувана продукция. This project proposal is based entirely on the recommendations of the energy audit carried out in Debulco Ltd., prepared for the purposes of the procedure. The project aims at increasing the energy efficiency and modernising the production equipment of the enterprise, leading to the expansion of the capacity of the existing business establishment in the village of Musachovo and increasing the competitiveness of Debulco Ltd. It aims to achieve one of the main objectives of the long-term development strategy of the enterprise, aimed at increasing the quantity and quality of the production produced by modernising the equipment used for mechanical processing and reducing the energy input. The need for the project is dictated by the company’s ambition to improve energy efficiency and automate the production process, thereby ensuring its sustainable development in the future. The project will increase the capacity of the existing plant in the village of Musachevo for the production of pipe parts. The project foresees activity for acquisition and commissioning of FTA — a new laser pipe cutting machine, included in the measures in an Energy Audit report. The new equipment will increase the total annual production — tubular products from an average of 192 700 kg/year to 460 000 kg/year when energy savings are realised. As a result of the implementation of the project, the following effects are expected for the enterprise: acquisition and commissioning of a new FTA laser pipe cutting machine; — expansion of the capacity of the enterprise to produce parts of pipes;-increasing energy efficiency — realisation of energy savings; — improved competitiveness of the enterprise; — improved management of energy resources by implementing EN ISO 50001; — higher recycling rate of scrapped production.
