Развиване, модернизиране и повишаване на капацитета на учебно - тренировъчен център на МВР - Монтана, както и развитие на съществуващите тренировъчни модули за курсове и упражнения в областта на химическата, биологичната, радиационната и ядрената защита и защитата на критичната инфраструктура.
