Фирма "Арокс" ЕООД е производствено предприятие, намиращо се в гр. София, което произвежда бетонови изделия, и в което от началото на 2016 г. работят 11 служители. Цялата произведена продукция на компанията се изкупува от големи дистрибутори на строителни материали. Пазарът бързо се развива и компанията изпитва нужда от разширяване на производствения си капацитет. Настоящия проект предвижда дейности, водещи до разширяване на производствения капацитет и повишаване енергийната ефективност на дружеството, както и намаляване разходите на фирмата за единица продукция, с цел повишаване на енергийната ефективност и конкурентоспособността на предприятието за постигане на по-ниски нива на производствените разходи и намаляване на вредните емисии на въглероден диоксид в атмосферата. Кандидатът е възложил изработването на енергиен одит, в съответствие с изискването на финансиращата програма и инвестиционните си намерения. За увеличаване на енергийната ефективност и разширяване на капацитета си, компанията предвижда да внедри в производството нова Автоматична инсталация за двуслойни бетонови плочи с по-голям капацитет от съществуващата и с възможност за производство на различни по размер бетонови изделия, инвестиции за внедряване и сертификация по EN/ISO 50001, с цел управление на енергийните характеристики, контрол и намаление на енергийното потребление в компанията.Проектът ще се реализира посредством изпълнението на следните допустими по настоящата процедура дейности:1). Разширяване на производствената дейност чрез придобиване на ново производствено оборудване Автоматична инсталация за двуслойни бетонови плочи - 1 бр.2). Консултантски услуги за въвеждане и сертифициране на система за енергиен мениджмънт съгласно изискванията на стандарт EN ISO 50001 (Система за управление на енергията).3). Arox Ltd. is a manufacturing plant located in Sofia, which produces concrete products and employs 11 employees since the beginning of 2016. All the production of the company is purchased by large distributors of building materials. The market is rapidly developing and the company needs to expand its production capacity. The present project envisages activities leading to expansion of the production capacity and increasing the energy efficiency of the company, as well as reducing the company’s unit costs in order to increase the energy efficiency and competitiveness of the company to achieve lower levels of production costs and reduce the harmful emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The applicant has commissioned an energy audit as required by the funding programme and its investment intentions. In order to increase the energy efficiency and expand its capacity, the company envisages to implement in the production a new Automatic installation for double layer concrete slabs with greater capacity than the existing one and with the ability to produce different sizes of concrete products, investments for implementation and certification according to EN/ISO 50001, in order to manage the energy performance, control and reduce the energy consumption in the company. The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following activities eligible under this procedure:1). Expansion of the production activity by acquiring new production equipment Automatic installation for double layer concrete slabs — 1 pcs.2). Consulting services for the implementation and certification of an energy management system according to the requirements of standard EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management System).3). Carrying out an energy audit in accordance with template.4). Publicity and visualisation of the project. (English)
