Celem gł projektu jest zaktywizowanie społ. i zawod. 56 os (39K i 17 M) zamieszkałych w M i G Orneta przez okres 50 mc. Wsparcie ma na celu objęcie uczestników Projektu warsztatami, szkoleniami oraz specjalistycznym wsparciem podczas którego zostaną wyposażeni w wiedzę i umiejętności niezbędne do funkcjonowania w sferze społ. i na rynku pracy. Projekt jest skierowany do osób zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Orneta, w wieku od 15 do 30 lat zagrożone wykluczeniem społ, w tym osoby bezrobotne znajdujące się w III grupie osób oddalonych od rynku pracy. Dodatkowo priorytetowo traktowani będą Kandydaci spełniający kryteria dla działania 11.1 podziałania 11.1.1;- osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykl. społ. doświadczające wielokrotnego wykl. Społ., osoby korzystające z PO PŻ, Rekrutacja do projektu odbywać się będzie w 4 edycjach. Wybór 56 BO Projektu nastąpi, na podstawie sumy punktów zdobytych w ocenie dokumentacji rekrutacyjnej oraz z opinii psychologa (motywacja, potrzeba uczestnictwa w projekcie). Uczestnicy zostaną objęci wsparciem działaniami w ramach KIS; Diagnoza osobowości; warsztaty psychospołeczne; warsztaty interpersonalne; wsparcie psychologiczne edukacja prozdrowotna; poradnictwo prawne; badanie preferencji zawodowych, IPD; warsztatowe poradnictwo zawodowe; warsztaty przedsiębiorczości; warsztaty z zakresu spółdzielni socjalnych; kursy zawodowe od 80 do 120;Staże. Poprzez udział w Projekcie Uczest. nabędą, podwyższą lub zmienią swoje kwalifikacje zawodowe, podniosą kompetencje kluczowe i społeczne, zdobędą umiejętność poruszania się po rynku pracy, nabędą doświadczenie zawodowe. The aim of the project is to activate the community and the profession. 56 people (39K and 17 M) residing in Orneta M and G for a period of 50 mc. The aim of the support is to include the participants of the Project with workshops, trainings and specialised support during which they will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate in the social sphere and on the labour market. The project is aimed at people living in the municipality of Orneta, aged between 15 and 30 at risk of exclusion of the community, including unemployed persons in the third group of people away from the labour market. In addition, priority will be given to candidates fulfilling the criteria for action 11.1 of the 11.1.1;- people at risk of poverty or social outreach. Social, people using PO PZ, Recruitment to the project will take place in 4 editions. The selection of 56 BO of the Project will be based on the sum of points earned in the evaluation of recruitment documentation and from the opinion of the psychologist (motivation, need to participate in the project). Participants will be supported by NIS activities; Diagnosis of personality; psychosocial workshops; interpersonal workshops; psychological support for health-promoting education; legal advice; examination of professional preferences, IPD; workshop career guidance; entrepreneurial workshops; workshops on social cooperatives; vocational courses from 80 to 120;Internship. By participating in the Project Participants will acquire, increase or change their professional qualifications, increase key and social competences, gain the ability to move on the labour market, acquire professional experience. L’objectif du projet est d’activer la communauté et la profession. 56 personnes (39K et 17 M) résidant à M et G Orneta pour une période de 50 m. L’objectif de l’aide est de couvrir les participants au projet avec des ateliers, des formations et un soutien spécialisé au cours desquels ils seront dotés des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires pour fonctionner dans le domaine social et sur le marché du travail. Le projet s’adresse aux personnes vivant dans la commune d’Orneta, âgées de 15 à 30 ans, exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, y compris aux chômeurs du troisième groupe de personnes éloignées du marché du travail. En outre, la priorité sera accordée aux candidats répondant aux critères de l’action 11.1 de la division 11.1.1;- aux personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou de mauvaise pratique ayant de multiples fautes professionnelles. Il y aura 4 éditions de recrutement pour le projet. Le 56 BO du projet sera sélectionné sur la base de la somme des points obtenus lors de l’évaluation de la documentation de recrutement et de l’avis du psychologue (motivation, nécessité de participer au projet). Les participants seront soutenus par les activités de la SIC; Diagnostic de la personnalité; ateliers psychosociaux; ateliers interpersonnels; le soutien psychologique à l’éducation sanitaire; conseils juridiques; examen des préférences professionnelles, IPD; atelier d’orientation professionnelle; ateliers sur l’entrepreneuriat; ateliers sur les coopératives sociales; cours professionnels de 80 à 120; stages. En participant au projet, les participants acquerront, augmenteront ou modifieront leurs qualifications professionnelles, augmenteront leurs compétences clés et sociales, acquerront la capacité de naviguer sur le marché du travail et acquerront une expérience professionnelle.
