Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie m.Ostróda, które położone jest w pow.ostródzkim, woj.warm.-maz. Proj. polega na termomodernizacji budynku głównego i pomocniczego szpitala powiatowego. Budynki usytuowane są przy ul.W.Jagiełly 1 - działka Nr 155/6 oraz nr 155/7. Zakres przedmiotowy projektu: Bud.szpitala -na podst. dokonanej oceny wybrano wariant nr 1 przedsięwzięcia termomodernizacyjnego docieplenie przegród zewnętrznych wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwi docieplenie dachu remont zadasz.z konstrukcja stalową ocieplenie stropodachu orynnow.,pokrycie papą i inst. odgromowa docieplenie stropu nad ogrzewanym poddaszem wykonanie opaski z kostki polbruk roboty inne (demon/montaż klimatyz.,lamp oświetl) demontaż i montaż nowego uziemienia na ścianach wymiana instalacji C.O.oraz modernizacja węzła cieplnego. Bud.pomocniczy: wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwi izolacja ścian fundam. wykonanie ocieplenia ścian wymiana obróbek blacharskich,rynien i rur spust. dach - izolacja cieplna opaska żwirowa roboty elektryczne (demont.oświetl.,mont.nowych opraw) inst.sanit C.O.i c.w.u Roczna oszczędność zapotrzebowania na energię wyniesie 67,14 %. Szczegółowe rozwiązania i parametry techniczne planowanych do wykonania robót zostały przedstawione w HRF Proj.będzie realizowany w zgodzie z Ustawą PZP i zasadami konkurencyjności. Wszystkie planowane usprawnienia spełniają wymagania obowiązujące od 1.01.2021r. określone w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 12.04.2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych, jakim powinny odpowiadać budynki i ich usytuowanie. Główne Etapy proj.: 1.Prace przygotowawcze 2. Roboty budowlane 3. Nadzór budowlany 4.Promocja projektu 5. Rozliczenie projektu Powołany zostanie zespół projektowy. Wnioskodawca będzie stosował klauzulę społeczne w zamówieniach publicznych. Cele proj. są zgodne z SZOOP RPO WiM, Oś 4 Efektywność energetyczna, Priorytet inw. 4c - w wyniku realizacji proj.nastąpi zmniejszenie emisji CO2. (Polish)

The project consists of the thermomodernisation of the main building and auxiliary district hospital. The buildings are located at ul. W. Jagiełly 1 – plot No 155/6 and 155/7. The scope of the project: Bud.hospital – on the basis of the assessment, variant No.1 of the project of thermal modernisation of the outer partitions replacement of window joinery and roof warming roof roof repair was selected.With steel construction insulation of the tropodch orynnów.,paper covering and installation of the new installation. Bud.Auxiliary: replacement of window joinery and doors insulation of the walls fundam. production of insulation walls replacement of metalworking, gutters and drain pipes. roof – heat insulation gravel band electrical works (disassembly.,mont.new luminaires) inst.sanit C.O.i.u The annual saving of energy demand will be 67.14 %. Detailed solutions and technical parameters of planned works are presented in HRF Proj. will be implemented in accordance with the PZP Act and Competitiveness Principles. All planned improvements comply with the requirements in force since 1.01.2021 as set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12.04.2002 on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la zone de la ville d’Ostród, située dans la région d’Ostrród, voïvodie. Le projet consiste en la thermomodernisation du bâtiment principal et de l’hôpital auxiliaire de district. Les bâtiments sont situés à l’adresse ul.W.Jagiełly 1 — parcelle no 155/6 et no 155/7. Portée matérielle du projet: La construction de l’hôpital — suite à l’évaluation, option choisie no 1 du projet de modernisation thermique pour le réchauffement des cloisons extérieures remplaçant la menuiserie des fenêtres et les portes chauffant le toit, vous pouvez rénover le toit. Avec structure en acier chauffer l’orynnow., couvrant avec le réchauffement du toit et la foudre éclair du plafond sur le grenier chauffant, faisant un bracelet du cube de polbruk travaille autre (mon/ensemble de climatiseur., éclairage de la lampe) démontage et l’installation d’une nouvelle mise à la terre sur les murs de remplacement de l’installation C.O. et la modernisation du node. Auxiliaires: remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et de l’isolation des portes des murs. exécution des murs chauffants remplacement des traitements de tôle, gouttières et tuyaux de vidange. toit — isolation thermique bracelet en gravier les travaux électriques (demont.olight., mount.new luminaires) inst.sanit C.O.i c.u. L’économie annuelle de la demande d’énergie sera de 67,14 %. Les solutions détaillées et les paramètres techniques prévus pour les travaux sont présentés dans HRF Proj. seront mis en œuvre conformément à la loi PZP et aux règles de compétitivité. Toutes les améliorations prévues sont conformes aux exigences applicables à partir du 1er janvier 2021 énoncées dans le règlement du ministre des infrastructures du 12 avril 2002 relatif aux conditions techniques à remplir par les bâtiments et à leur localisation. Le demandeur appliquera la clause sociale dans les marchés publics.
