Przedmiotem projektu są prac termomod. w budynku-Kętrzyńska 18, 11-200Bartoszyce (123/137, 123/136 123/138 (przed podziałem 123/87), 123/139 123/140 (przed podziałem 123/86). zakres: -Ściany zewn.(płyty styrop.-?=0,040W/m*K,1496,4m2) -ściany zewn. piwnicy (płyty styrop.-?=0,040W/m*K, 183,8m2) - ściana zewn. przy gruncie (płyty styrop.-?=0,040W/m*K, 523,6m2) -stropodach (wełna min.,?=0,037W/m*K,318,0m2, styropapa z papą asflatową, 0,040W/m*K,1041,9m2, płyt styrop.) -Strop pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem (płyt wełny min., ?=0,037W/m*K,446,5m2) -Strop nad nieogrzewaną piwnicą (płyt styrop,0,040W/m*K,1342,7m2) -Częściowa wymiana okien na bardziej szczelne i energooszczędne (współczynnik przenikania ciepła U?0,90 [W/m2*K] (WT2021), 5,2m2)-5 szt. -Modernizacja systemu went. pośrednio realizowana poprzez wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. -panele fotowoltaiczne (105 szt. paneli 310 W każdy) Szczegółowy opis i zakres zawarto w audycie energetycznym i dok techn.
