Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja Budynku Zespołu Szkół w Kurzętniku, woj. w-m, ul. Grunwaldzka 37, Kurzętnik, działki nr 334/3 w obrębie ewidencyjnym 6 w jednostce ewidencyjnej Kurzętnik Termomodernizacja obejmuje: Budynek Szkoły Podstawowej wraz z Gimnazjum bez modernizacji nowo wybudowanego skrzydła hali sportowej. Zakres prac: Ściana zewnętrzna SZ2 (gimnazjum) - docieplenie Ściana na gruncie (gimnazjum) - docieplenie Dach gimnazjum - docieplenie Wymiana okien w budynku Wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych w budynku Instalacja elektryczna i oświetleniowa Etapy realizacji projektu: 1. Etap prac przygotowawczych obejmuje wybór wykonawców i realizację zadań związanych z przygotowaniem wniosku 2. Etap prac inwestycyjnych obejmuje wybór wykonawców i realizację nast. zadań: Roboty budowlane, Promocja projektu 3. zakończenie projektu i podpisanie protokołu końcowego 4. końcowe rozliczenie projektu sposób wdrażania zakr. rzeczowego: - podpisanie umowy - realizacja prac -odbiór końcowy i podpisanie prot. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia wpisane w SzOOP RPOWWM Cel temat. 4, cel szczegółowy: Zwiększona efekt. energet. w budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Przedmiotowa inwestycja zmierza do poprawy efektyw. budynków. Przewidziane prace wpisują się w typy projektów przewidzianych do realizacji oraz realizują założone do realizacji wskaźniki. Efektywność energet. leży u podstaw europejskiej polityki energet. i jest jednym z głównych celów strat.„Europa 2020”. Efektywne zużycie energii może znacząco przyczynić się do osiągnięcia celu w postaci gospodarki niskoemisyjnej i walki ze zmianami klimatycznymi. Scope of work: Exterior wall SZ2 (secondary school) – warming Wall on the ground (secondary school) – warming The roof of the gymnasium – warming of windows in the building Replacement of external doors in the building Electrical and lighting installation Phases of project implementation: 1. The preparatory phase includes the selection of contractors and the implementation of tasks related to the preparation of the proposal 2. The investment work stage includes selection of contractors and implementation of the following tasks: Construction works, Promotion of the project 3. completion of the project and signing of the final protocol 4. final settlement of the project method of implementation in kind: — signing of the contract – execution of works – final reception and signing of the minutes. The project fits into the assumptions entered in the SzOOP RPOWWM Objective. 4, specific objective: Increased effect. energet. in public buildings. This investment aims to improve the efficiency of buildings. The planned work fits into the types of projects to be implemented and implements the indicators set for implementation. Energy efficiency is at the heart of European energy policy and is one of the main targets of losses. Efficient energy consumption can contribute significantly to the goal of a low-carbon economy and the fight against climate change. Investment in energy efficiency in buildings brings significant energy savings, while at the same time supporting housing growth and sustainable development. (English)
