CEL PROJ.: Przywrócenie zdolności 50 mieszkańców wybranych gmin powiatu działdow., ostródz., nidzick., lidzbar., elbląsk., szczycień. i nowomiejskiego, m.Elbląg (w tym 10 os. niepełnosprawnych [ON] i 26K) pozostających bez pracy, zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wyklucz. społ. ze względu na niepełnosprawność i/lub korzystanie ze świadczeń pomocy społ. [PS] do udziału w życiu społ.-zaw. poprzez poprawę zdolności uczestników proj. [UP] do zatrudnienia w zawodach zgodnych z potrzebami rynku pracy [RP] oraz włączenie społ. w okresie 9/18-10/19. ZAKRES PROJ.: Realizacja usług aktywnej integracji, dopasowanych do predyspozycji UP i odpowiad. na potrzeby lokalnego RP EFEKT PROJ.: Odbudowa i podtrzymanie umiejętności uczestniczenia w życiu społ., reintegracja zaw. oraz zapobieganie procesom ubóstwa czy wyklucz. społ. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ [GD] stanowi 50 os. (26K/24M), zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa lub wyklucz. społ., które w dniu objęcia 1. formą wsparcia, tj. IŚR spełnią łącznie nw. kryteria: - Wiek 18-65 lat - Zam., zgodnie z KC, na terenie gmin pow. działdowskiego, ostródzkiego, nidzickiego, lidzbarskiego, elbląskiego, szczycieńskiego lub nowom., oraz m. Elbląg, w których proc. os. korzystaj. z pom. społ. jest wyższy niż śr. woj. - Pozostawanie bez zatrudnienia (os. bierne zaw.- 70%GD / długotrwale bezr., w tym zakwal. do III profilu pomocy [PP] wymagające usług integracji społ. – 30%GD) - Status os. zagroż. wyklucz. społ. i/lub ubóstwem – ON i/lub korzystające ze świadczeń pomocy społ. ZADANIA: a) Oprac. Indywid. Ścieżek Reintegracji [IŚR] b) Poradnictwo psychologiczne c) Trening kompet. i umiejętn. społ. d) Pośrednictwo pracy e) Szkol. zawod. f) Staże zaw. g) Zatrudnienie subsydiowane [ZS] h) Zatrudnienie wspomagane GŁÓWNE REZULTATY PROJ: - Min. 34% GD poprawi swoją sytuację społ.; - Min. 25% GD podejmie zatrud. po zakończeniu udziału w proj. - Min. 25% GD utrzyma zatrud. w okresie 3 m-cy po zakończ. udziału w proj. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Restoration of the capacity of 50 residents of selected communes of the district of Dzidow., ostródz., nidzick., lidzbar., elbląsk., M.Elbląg (including 10 people with disabilities [ON] and 26K) who remain unemployed, at risk of poverty or exclusion. [PS] to participate in community life by improving the ability of project participants. [UP] for employment in occupations that meet the needs of the labour market [RP] and the inclusion of the population in the period 9/18-10/19. SCOPE OF PROJECT: Implementation of active integration services, tailored to the predisposition of UP and notifications for the needs of the local Republic of Poland PROJ EFEKT: Rebuilding and maintaining the ability to participate in community life, reintegration, and prevention of poverty or exclusion. The target group [GD] is 50 people. (26K/24M), at risk of poverty or exclusion, which on the date of the 1st form of support, i.e. The SPAs will meet the following criteria together: — Age of 18-65 years – Zam., according to the KC, within the communes of Działdowski, Ostródzki, Nidzicki, Lidzbarski, Elbląski, Górski or new ones. — Unemployment (passive occupancy of – 70 % GD/long-term unr., including the third aid profile [PP] requiring social integration services. — 30 % GD) – Persons’ risk status. social exclusion and/or poverty – ON and/or benefiting from community assistance. TASKS: a) Investigation. I mean, individuals. Pathways of Reintegration (IŚR) (b) Psychological counseling c) Competency training. d) Work brokerage e) Vocational training. f) Internships incl. g) Subsidised employment [ZS] h) assisted employment TERMS PROJECTIVE RESULTS: — Min. 34 % of GD will improve their social situation; — Min. 25 % of GD will take up employment after completion of the project. — Min. 25 % of GD will maintain employment in the period of 3 m after the end of the project.
