Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans na rynku pracy absolwentów ZSZ w Braniewie, którzy zakończą naukę na kierunku hotelarskim, gastronomicznym, logistycznym i leśnym. Działania podjęte w celu realizacji założeń projektu polegać będą na przeprowadzeniu ucznia przez dobrze przemyślaną ścieżkę rozwoju. Szkoła ZSZ w Braniewie we współpracy z przedsiębiorcami z lokalnego/regionalnego rynku pracy opracowała założenia niniejszego projektu, dopasowując w ten sposób rodzaj wsparcia ściśle do potrzeb młodzieży, która niebawem opuści szkolne progi. W ramach projektu wyłonieni w trakcie rekrutacji uczniowie i uczennice po ocenie ich kwalifikacji, umiejętności zawodowych i kompetencji miękkich, skierowani zostaną do odbycia konkretnego kursu zawodowego, a następnie odbędą płatny staż zawodowy u wybranego pracodawcy. Wsparcie udzielone podczas projektu będzie powiązane ze ścieżką kształcenia i będzie jej logicznym uzupełnieniem. Jednakże kształcenie zawodowe wysokiej jakości wymaga również wysokich kompetencji i kwalifikacji wśród nauczycieli. Wsparciem w ramach projektu zostanie objęta również kadra nauczycielska, która dzięki pozyskanemu dofinansowaniu będzie mogła uczestniczyć w stażach zawodowych doszkalających u wybranych pracodawców, a także będzie mogła poszerzyć wiedzę uczestnicząc w kursach. Stawiając na rozwój lokalny i biorąc pod uwagę turystyczny charakter powiatu braniewskiego szczególny nacisk położono na kształcenie ściśle związane ze strategicznymi kierunkami rozwoju województwa. The aim of the project is to increase the chances on the labour market of graduates of the ZSZ in Braniewo, who will complete their studies in hotel, catering, logistics and forestry. The actions taken to implement the project’s objectives will consist of carrying out the student through a well thought-out path of development. ZSZ School in Braniewo, in cooperation with entrepreneurs from the local/regional labour market, has developed the assumptions of this project, thus adjusting the type of support strictly to the needs of young people who will soon leave school thresholds. As part of the project, pupils and pupils selected during the recruitment, after assessing their qualifications, professional skills and soft competences, will be assigned to a particular vocational course, and then will have a paid traineeship with the selected employer. The support provided during the project will be linked to the learning path and will be a logical complement to it. However, high-quality vocational training also requires high competences and qualifications among teachers. The project will also be supported by teaching staff, who will be able to participate in training traineeships with selected employers, and will be able to broaden their knowledge by participating in courses. Focusing on local development and taking into account the tourist nature of the Braniew district, particular emphasis was placed on training closely linked to strategic directions of development of the province. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des diplômés de ZSZ à Braniewo, qui termineront leurs études en hôtellerie, restauration, logistique et foresterie. Les mesures prises pour mettre en œuvre les objectifs du projet consisteront à mener l’étudiant sur une voie de développement bien réfléchie. L’école ZSZ de Braniewo, en coopération avec des entrepreneurs du marché du travail local/régional, a développé les objectifs de ce projet, adaptant ainsi le type de soutien strictement aux besoins des jeunes qui quitteront bientôt les seuils scolaires. Dans le cadre du projet, les étudiants sélectionnés au cours du recrutement, après avoir évalué leurs qualifications, leurs aptitudes professionnelles et leurs compétences non techniques, seront orientés vers un cours professionnel spécifique et recevront ensuite un stage professionnel rémunéré auprès de l’employeur sélectionné. Le soutien apporté au cours du projet sera lié au parcours d’apprentissage et logiquement complété par celui-ci. Toutefois, une formation professionnelle de qualité exige également des compétences et des qualifications élevées parmi les enseignants. Le projet sera également soutenu par le personnel enseignant, qui sera en mesure de participer à des stages auprès d’employeurs sélectionnés grâce au cofinancement et sera également en mesure d’élargir leurs connaissances en participant à des cours. En mettant l’accent sur le développement local et en tenant compte du caractère touristique du comté de Braniewska, l’accent a été mis en particulier sur l’éducation étroitement liée aux orientations stratégiques du développement de la région.
